Sadly, I didn't check reviews before providing my business credit card. Being overcharged for a tool that I rarely use because others are better, is a huge regret. As I see review responses from their customer service on this platform, I hope to cancel without difficulty. Being charged $480 (trial?) on 12/20/22, then another $75 ten days later on 12/30/22, followed by being charged $75 TWICE in January on 1/12, and 1/23, and again on 2/6/23 totals $855 in 7 weeks! That's an average cost of $122 weekly for a $75 monthly service. Even at $75, the price is far above what a reasonable fee should be. Maybe I am gullible to think that an expensive service will deliver great results. It isn't the case.

I used RankingCoach for about 2 years, when my subscription ended they just charged my card for another full year about $399 plus $12 transaction fee, since I am going to let a professional manage my seo, I no longer needed to use Ranking Coach. The charge went thru on 12/6, I emailed them 2 days later that I wanted to cancel & to please refund my fee. They refused saying you need to cance 7 days before your subscription ends! Very bad business practice.
I can see maybe charging me for a month, but a whole year! & I was a customer!
Please stay away from these foreign hustlers.

All this is misleading and Ranking Coach are not helpful, as their team never works on anything at all. They are clever at giving deceitful replies with no intention to do as advertised. Passed from agent to agent over months of wasted time this. Breaks Trading Standards. My advice is avoid them all together as will cause loss of money and time and a lot of distress along the way.My bank are pursuing them over a dispute so I may have my money back.

After a number of messages asking for a refund to an account I didn't want to go further with the company took full payment, they said they would refund but still haven't done so. Going forward they canceled the account but still took more money from my account again. Each time I reach out they dismiss me, it seems that there is no fluent commutations within the team. It's causing me a lot of inconvenience. Very unprofessional and not officiant.

I signed up for the free trial with ranking coach and cancelled it with a an hour of registering. That in itself was a very long winded process with page after page trying to get me not to cancel. When I eventually got to the 'final' bit it wouldn't let me take my details off their site. A week later they took a £1 and somehow became a subscription on my paypal account. Not cool as I wasn't told any money would be paid to them after I hit the final cancel button. Bearing in mind I cancelled within an hour and they still set up the subscription, I feel their sign up to a free trial is a complete scam. I can't comment on whether they do anything for rankings as I didn't go that far thankfully. I've cancelled the subscription through my paypal account as that was the only way I could be sure they won't be able to bill me again.

Ranking Coach is a bunch of con artists. They offer you a free trial for their services, and won't let you cancel it. I cancel their services during the trail period, and i was told i couldn't cancel because somehow i have pressed upgrade button.

I don't recall doing so, and have requested the cancellation so many times, but I get email every month demanding money.

I am so much under stress and I want them idiots to stop harrassing me.

On the 18th of May I started the trial period on the rankingcoach website.

They asked to introduce a means of payment that would be discounted €1 for the authorization and that the subscription paid would never be discounted. The same would only be deducted at the end of the trial period if it was not canceled and that they would send an email to notify.

What actually happened was that as soon as they had access to the means of payment (on the 18th of May) not only €1 was deducted but also the annual subscription value of €442.80, without having given any type of authorization.

When I originally signed up it looks great so I signed up for a full year. Once you do the few task that takes about a week or two then the system does NOTHING to help your website. They refuse to cancel and they refuse to refund money for future months that the service won't be used. I agreed to pay them for a month of use even though it was really only two weeks of help. However that said no they will not refund even if I cancel. That is theft... BUYER BEWARE. It looks good at first then NOTHING. IT IS AN EXPENSIVE SCAM. They also threatened to remove everything even what I paid for. If you use them you will be sorry and then once you are done they will remove anything they did to help which means you have to pay them for the rest of your life to keep the little help they did. They are EVIL THEIF and SCAMMERS. Maria is the worst... PLEASE dont get scammed like I did. Things are hard enough with out a company like this.

For me as a small business owner who did not have great knowledge about how to make my website better and how to have people find it faster, this tool as been a life saver! It guides you step by step trough the process of optimising your website and shows you videos on how to implement it in your CMS. The support is also very friendly and helpful. I honestly don't understand all the negative feedback, I had no problems whatsoever.

For people who already know how to make their website perform better it is probably not as suitable, but for everyone just getting started, I would seriously recommend trying it!

I will summarize rankingCoach as a tool that allows you to work on your SEO quickly, it saves you time. Instead of thinking about what to do, here the work is pre prepared, we just have to follow what is written and then put it into practice. I use it when I need to make progress in my SEO and I don't know exactly what to do anymore. It has given me better rankings, for a continued period. I continue to work on this part regularly and the tool is a great help to me for that.

I've spent hours on the 'optimization' tasks only to have my website never even be on the first page when I google search the services I proved. Cancellation is not easy either. The provide an 'easy cancellation how to' but fail to provide the button next to my subscription actually allowing for cancellation. It's been a ridiculous waste of money and time and I wish someone would hold them accountable for terrible service and terrible customer service.
