I have nothing to complain, support sometimes take a day to answer because they are in another time zone but they always answer with fully explanations. I can only recommend because even if you need help, you ´ll get it.
I was really surprised at how easy it is to use. The Tutorial videos use an easy to understand language that always let's me know why I'm about to apply a certain change in my website and how. I recommend it for beginners!

I first used rankingcoach about a year ago when I was trying to move my business online. It helped alot and seemed to be better suited to a beginner like myself. Nowadays I use more advanced tools mostly but I still use rankingcoach from time to time. Great if you have no understanding of digital marketing.
It is very easy to use, everyone can do it. I am not an expert and decided to try it and... I just love it! It showed me, where my website has weak points so I could improve them. Now it is just a matter of time. Will see in 2 months.

Be aware that Ranking Coach will do everything to force you to maintain a recurrying payment in their platform. I am trying to cancel my account without success. A operator called Stephanie (might be just a name not a person per se) says that I can not cancel my account. It seems that there is a "hidden" clause that forces me to maintain my account for another 11 months. I am very dissatisfied with the results since Ranking Coach only suggests what you have to do and the platform does very little to help you with the actual implementation. Even if you pay more. I have sent another email (no phone calls possible) politely requesting my cancellation. Let's wait and see if the company will honor what they offered in the first place. An easy way to contract their services with a easy way to cancel the subscription if necessary.

T IS A SCAM
Im positive to believe the high ranking in this site is fake. My experience with their page and customer service was really horrible. The first tasks are easy but they start getting difficult if you don´t have a webmaster background. I asked for help and scheduled a videocall with their support staff and got stood up by Rocio from customer service and she never followed up on the phone call. She kept denying the fact that she didn´t show up and even tried to blame on me that I didn´t keep calling and sending emails requesting for help! Then when I tried to cancel within the first month, they said it was too late since you had to cancel way in advance for the cancellation to be processed and here goes another month fee against my will. DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO THIS COMPANY!
I've tried a few different SEO tools for my clients, I finally found one which works for beginners. It can take some time as SEO does but it works. My clients are happy and the pricing is pretty competitive.
I found this company so supportive in what I wanted to achieve with my website. They had helpful videos and it's really easy to use.
I would recommend this tool to anyone looking to manage their own website rankings.

Customer service does work 24/7 but if you need them to make a video call and explain the tool they will. You just need to ask for it. They answer every message. I never had a problem. I recommend the tool
I don't know why all these negative reviews. I love the way you type in your website, and from there it takes you on a journey I would never have been able to do on my own even after studying SEO by reading a lot online. Ranking Coach tells you the exact state of your website optimization and exactly what you need to do step by step to improve it. It brings up your competitors websites and you select your top 5 competitors from your area etc. It checks their links and keywords and I think it's brilliant! They are not always there to chat but if you put your questions to them they email you back and fall over themselves to help! So far I love it and I think it is personalized and invaluable. Let me use it for a few months and I'll let you know if they deserve more or less stars. Don't be put off. Try it for yourself in the free trial. If you want to cancel, just do so before the end of the trial, just like any other free trial in the world. I'm sure they are not a ripoff.

I had Ranckingcoach for a view month's. I cancelled this but after a couple of month' s I discovered that every month they drawing money from my bank account. Total amount around in total 300,-. When I contacted them we discovered that their was an extra account on my name and that account was not cancelled. They were not very forgiving about that and they only commend that it was all in according the rules. Apparently it is very easy to make another account with the same name and same site you want to upgrade. That alone is strange and not logic. Nobody have the need to have two accounts for one internet site. So very bad!

I did a free trial, I never upgraded, I never signed a contract and for months, they were quietly taking money out of my bank account. I contacted them and told them about the issue and they refuse to issue a refund. I filed a fraud complaint with my bank and shut down the account. BUYER BEWARE.

I heard good things about this website, I tried it and it didn't work, so I decided to cancel my account before I was billed, I was sent a confoirmation email that I would not be billed and they were sorry to see me leave. I was at peace of mind, a few days ago I got billed. I called their customer service which is never available! I desided to give email them about a complaint and how I wanted a refund, they told me they don't offer refunds and I wouldn't get my money back so I sent them evidence that they told me that they cancelled my account. They completely ignored me and didn't reply. I absolutely hate this site, I would never trust them. Their help was meaningful so I left and their support is awful so in honesty I don't really care I would give it 0 stars but that's not available, a simple reply and apology would have been nice rather than lying to me then taking my money. Hate it!
