I gotta give thanks to these guys, the increased traffic to my site has pretty much kept me in business. There's a lot of tasks but trust me, they are worth doing it.
My clients enjoy using this tool, it's basic enough for those with no digital marketing experience to understand but you can produce legitimate results from using it. They are happy so I'm happy too.

Making an enquiry on your website and then cancelling it the same day - and yet one month later they send me an invoice - This is real cowboy behaviour

I used RankingCoach's services for about a year, and was satisfied with it (Besides their slow service and no call center) - up until I noticed that they continued to bill me AFTER I CANCELLED THE SERVICE! For many months after I cancelled my subscription, they continued to bill my account for many months ahead! I am now looking at some other peoples' reviews and it seems to be that I'm not the only one who's had this problem. It would be a very bad idea to give this company your credit card information. Consumers, you've been warned!

I have been using the 360 upgrade for a few months now and I find it works great as everything is in one place, I no longer need a several tools at once, everything can be done from 360.
I'll keep this short - I use this and it works for me. The tasks can be a little tricky at times but overall they are pretty straightforward. I like it.
A good tool for those who don't know much about SEO. It's not super advanced but like I said, a good starting off point. Could be a little cheaper though.

I have had a pleasant experience with Rankingcoach. It is friendly as I am not the most technologically savvy person. It has taught me to be less afraid and I am learning and having better results!
The tool is very good and save us time. SEO is a complex thing and rankingCoach guides you through every step. The videos are easy to understand and you can easily reproduce what they say there.
I started trying rankingCoach to see if I could really manage to do the optimization by myself and It was super easy as they have videos for each and every task you need to do. Awesome!
In overall, mostly, a useless pile of SEO rubbish. I have two main reasons to be so critical.
1. Although the user interface and functions appear to quite comprehensive, going through it you only realise that most of the tasks on their SEO checklist you may have already completed. They expect you to confirm whether you have done the each task or not, instead of verifying any changes on your website, so you are ending up with very boring and not engaging excessive exercise. There are lots of good things, but clouded by lots of clutter and their payment strategy, ignoring requests for trial cancelleation.
2. Despite cancelling the trial and contacting Customer Services on three occasions, month passed and they are still trying to charge my business card, while I had to block online transactions to prevent these fraudsters to charge my card for a service I never used.
Just to give you a summary of recent attempted transactions so you see what I am talking about and avoid this service by a mile!
