I had a similar experience. I signed up for a trial period but have been billed. I found the site to be a waste of time. Just another scam, have emailed them and waiting to hear back.

Ranking coach has helped with my online business a lot, I didn't know where to start but ranking coach made things more simple and easier to digest. I like it.
Their tool propose you a list of different keywords with their search volume and the competitors for each of them. Really useful to pick the best ones for your activity.
Just purchased this app but each time I try to log in, the privacy settings box pops up and won't go away.

On 11/6/2017, I received an email that says "Please click the below link to validate your registration", and a button to press. I press the button nothing happened, thus my registration wasn't completed, so I thought since I wasn't able to complete the registration process, so I am not bind to any agreement, no registration = trial didn't actually started, right?!. I was NOT able to use your service during this supposedly a trial period, I only logged in 1st day, and never again till... on 11/23/2017, I see a charge of $29.95 on my paypal, so the first time since 11/6/2017, I log on to the website, and I also click on the link again in the email I received on 11/6, and the link works, it says now my registration is complete. If my trial started and I wasn't able to use any of the service, I don't see how I was offered a 14 days trial period, and I have to pay for the service which I wasn't able to use during trial period, expensive and I don't want to deal with, the charge without the so-call trial period really got a bad taste in my mouth... I requested for refund, they say I didn't cancel within 14 days... so rejected my request. Bad accounting practice in my opinion. Especially they can clearly see that I didn't even log in again and use their service after 1st day.

I am a user of ranking coach. When I want to cancel it, they let you sent them email to cancel it. I sent them email for three month, still charging my money!
