It hasn't been super fast or easy, cause many of us did not understand SEO takes some time. BUT I've been doing it -following rCs tutorials- and now I see my organic results! I'm on the first page within the top 5.
None of the areas in their program suite lives up to what is claimed. It's non-stop wait and when you finally get a new page it's full of errors. WORST thing is they claim you signed up for 12 months when it's not the case. When you provide proof of site elements not working they only have excuses and when you want to cancel because they don't deliver what they charge for you find your self stuck with a vendor that would rather spend his time arguing with you and hold you in to long contracts instead of dealing with their non-working program. STAY AWAY - You are warned!

Absolutely awful customer support
Absolutely awful customer support. I have requested my account be cancelled because I have had 4 months worth of technical issues that have prevented me from fully using the service they advertised and they tell me they will get back to me in 2 days... I've been waiting over a month and they won't respond to my follow ups.
Every time I'm given an ETA on an issue I have to then chase it up multiple times and wait multiple weeks for a response, update or fix.
It has got to the point where I don't trust their service and they are not providing what they advertise and have just kept me waiting so they can continue billing me for a service that has not been working properly.
Absolute worst company to deal with. Do not use

Do not recommend to anyone! This company is after earning your money anyway.
I registered as a test and the day after I did login by facebook to test.
I had been charged automatically without my interest. But that wasn't the only problem, they charged me twice for having made two ways login (both with the same email).
Even aware that it was the same person, same email and same company, after I contact them asking about that they kept the value.
It's waste of money and completely useless

I contacted the customer service and more. Sent in emails of proof my account was cancelled and they not only attempted to charge me twice they finally got it to go through almost a week plus after I cancelled during my free trial. They are not user friendly to new businesses and they should not have charged me. When I reached out the first time the guys should not have stayed well I don't see the cancellation and I do see usage. Smh all lies show me the usage please cause we can pull my data used on my phone and all devices and it shows no usage cause I don't even know how to use the site. Ten thumbs down

I didn't have a clue what or how to do SEO, but the tool point me into the right direction. I know understand much better and can do it (off course not like a boss, but by my very own, whenever I want or can).

I think most people were not aware of their yearly contract when they sign up for the service. Do not use their service pass trail period because there is nothing more than a little very basic SEO stuff. I unfortunately not only went pass the trail but foolishly upgrade to their "360" tier "service" where basically sync your business information to other local directories(around 7,8 of them), and you have to go to each of those directories to register by hand. How ridiculous this is? Not only that, my "Tasks" just reset for no reason, for 3 times... and the sync button never worked.

I am a user of many software tools and I can tell you this have been the worst. I often try 3 or 4 tools on the free trial and go for the best. In this case, I saw a payment being processed and immediately asked for a refund as I had no intention of continuing or using the software. I often do this and I think it's the measure of a company in how they deal with this. I literally replied to the billing email. They refused to reverse the charge, needless to say, I will not be using them. Needless to say they are not the best anyway, but it would have been nice to point out watch features were acceptable. I would avoid this company.

In the beginning I was a bit overwhelmed. Totally new to me.
But once you spend more time, you realise it's not that complicated.
Besides that, really good customer care.
Of course, there are some things that I found hard to understand or small bugs here and there, but they got fixed quite fast. Not bad!

Rankingcoach has helped my pub gain a presence online, I use other tools alongside rankingcoach to ensure that my website is as optimised as possible. If you haven't a clue about SEO or any of that stuff, this is for you. Keep it up lads.
The 360 upgrade has really helped me in saving money but also time. I don't need several platforms to do my online marketing, I can do it all from there. It can be a little pricey but sometimes you gotta spend money to make some.

I came across this tool a while back and I really impressed with it. Its pretty straight forward so you don't have to spend much time training your staff on how to use it - the reporting feature is great too, you can choose what to include, depending on your clients needs. I still use some other tools for more advanced clients but RC has allowed me to cater for beginners as well where before I couldn't really offer them much.

This has really helped my taxi services become more visible online, my son mentioned ranking coach so I decided to give it a good. It took a fair while before I saw changes but thats understandable, I'm doing alot better now.
I use multiple tools to help my clients, most of them have a decent understanding of SEO so I use more advanced tools with them. However, since finding RC, now I can offer services to those who are only beginning their optimisation process. This has helped me increase my customer base.
I used to pay an agency a lot of money each month to do my SEO for me but things just weren't working out. I came across this and I haven't looked back. I feel more in control, as I'm the one who actually doing the work and I know what's being done.

I tried one time Google Adwords and it was really difficult to understand. I was looking for an other option and found this tool. I decided to give a shot. I am not disappointed, it's easy to do an ad campaign, they even do the ads for you! + you can work your SEO in same time. I recommend.
