The correspondence time is great. Norm will get back with you very quickly with any info you need. What wasn't great was that I placed my order on a Tuesday morning and it did not ship until the following Monday. I confirmed before I placed the order that it was in stock. It took 13 days from the time I submitted my order until the part arrived at my shop. I really like the part but I will shop somewhere else next time.
Parts excided my expiations and the shipping was fast and arrived on time.
