UPS charged me duty fees, brokerage fees, I knew I have to pay HST 13% in Ontario, but that was too much, 166$ after i paid 48 shipping and 15 handling, that is outrageous. And all without warning, when the UPS guy showed for delivery. Come on.

I do have a quality complaint on an earlier purchase made here that I should look into with you just to see what could if anything be done over it. It was a shifter handle I had purchased and the set screws will not stay tight no matter what I've tried. They come loose with in a few shifts and handle rattles loudly. The Allen screws heads are now becoming stripped from trying so hard to keep it tight. Even tried lock tight on the threads to no avail. This is the only product I have ever had any trouble with and I will still continue to shop here and recommend your services.

Was able to find most of what we wanted and the phone call for help gave us exactly the information we needed.
One item of the 4 we ordered came right away. The others were from the manufacturer and were slower in coming. I wish that the order status on the website had been more explicit. It initially said "partially shipped" but didn't indicate what was on its way. And when the parts from the manufacturer shipped, it seemed that a manual process may have been required to indicate that the remainder items were on the way, as the site had not updated.
One of the items from the manufacturer was poorly packed and arrived damaged. I called customer service and they were very helpful, asking me to send pictures of the damaged parts. They worked with the manufacturer and have indicated that a replacement part is on its way.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
