Ups shipping was dismal at best. Your company shipped the 2 parts of same item separately. They were delivered over a week apart. And took over 2 weeks for all parts to arrive. Ups brokerage fees are outrageous. Perhaps usps would be a better option. Product is nice but shipping would discourage me from ordering again. International handling/brokerage cost me $70+. I have no problem paying customs and tax but the rest was too much.
