The only thing that had me wanting to switch to Iowa 80 was about a month ago I received a email about (apology/free shipping) and I wasn't able to use. Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
