Stephanie in their customer service department reached out to us and helped us resolve the issue. She was very professional and courteous and was able to help us return the item without incurring a large fee. It is rare for a company to reach out and show an interest in a small individual order and try to make things right. I appreciate their efforts to be helpful and run a good business. I would recommend this company because of my personal experience with them.
