All the folks at Raney's are awesome. Counter salesmen at the chrome shop are well mannered and have a good attitude. They give you attention and help you to be happy with your purchase when it comes to being the right fit for your equipment.
The customer services reps are also wonderful. They work to make you happy when an item is defective and even make sure you get any discount that Raney's is offering. Just great staff all around.

I didn't realize that Raneys had to order the part from someone else and wouldn't ship for over two weeks. When I received the package the box had a lot of damage, there was a piece of the product visible thru a tear in the box. I took a lot of photo's prior to opening the box. Thankfully there was no visible damage to the product. I will not have a chance to install it for several months.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
