Easy order process only problem I have is that there is no email sent giving the tracking info or letting me know when item was shipped. I had to contact customer service for my tracking info, they got it to me quickly. Have always had a good experience every time I needed to contact customer service. Everything was as expected on order.

Well I had to pay $75 more after I placed the order for it to be shipped to my house because of it being a residential address and when it got here I got a call from UPS saying I needed to pay $75 again if I wanted it to be shipped to my house so I had to go and pick it up myself. And now I don't know what your guys' $75 fee was for if it wasn't shipped to my house.
