I called a week after to check on my order, and the operator was not able to tell me if the part had shipped. After waiting on hold for a while the operator said it would ship today. It seems that my part may have been forgotten to ship, or was just sitting there etc.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
