My Order was split in too, it was written as Partially Shipped. The first item was Shipped out, and came in 3/4 days. The next shipment took about a week and a half (two weeks), when it came from the warehouse it was Shipped out, and it took about 3 days before the Holidays started. Thanks...
I felt it took way too long for delivery. Almost a month later and I received my lights. I had to call and ask where they were, Raney's did not contact me. In hind sight Amazon would have been better.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
