Purchased chrome exterior door handle trim for 2020 Cascadia first disappointment was didn't come with piece to cover pull handle like ones I got for earlier model. Next went to install doesn't even come close to holding securely with two sided tape will have to apply second pieces of two sided tape to mount securely.
I never took time to do this yet still sitting in my truck.
Next one of center caps wouldn't secure flush to wheel reinstalled a couple times no better didn't last a day in a ditch somewhere!

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
