I had a misunderstanding as to how Ebates work, and I was sick with flu and stressed and I sent an email complaining - it was not my best email - not rude or calling names; just short and grumpy.
Ebates handled me with respect and in the end all was resolved as it was after all... my misunderstanding. Ebates is a great program and you do in fact earn cash back. Thank you.
I was trying to rectify a cash back query and the response I got from Ebates Customer Care was prompt, polite and most importantly, answered my query effectively. All my friends use Ebates and it definitely had made online shopping more exciting!
I initially contacted EBates customer service through email regarding orders I had placed which I thought qualified for cash back. EBates promptly responded and said they would look into the matter. They did and were able to update my account. I was very impressed with the timely response they gave me and for explaining in detail how certain items at a certain store were or were not eligible for cash back rewards. I feel very comfortable contacting them in the future if needed.
After I made a purchase at Macy's, the Ebates cash back credit wasn't showing on my account. I e-mailed the customer service team and they let me know that sometimes particular stores are slower than others to provide Ebates the sale so that they can give the cash back credit. Within a very short time and two messages from the Ebates customer service team, the credit showed up.
Not only is the program just AWESOME, so is the customer service! I highly recommend Ebates to everyone.

I remember getting started with ebates years ago, but for some reason forgot about it until just recently when I discovered it as a Chrome plug-in. I do most of my shopping online, so I probably could have gotten back a nice sum over all this time. I guess better late than never though. Since joining up right after the holidays, I have gotten almost $30. The only issue I have is the fact that if I click to activate ebates on a site, it redirects me to the home page. Then I have to search for the item page I was on again.
This is the best deal in the world! Why would anyone turn this down? Money back from your fave sites and you don't even ha e to file separate papers! Just unbelievably easy! I try. To shop only at stores that. Give me back money with ebates. And the other programs that have sprouted up? They are. Awful! You don't get cash back at all! With ebates you get money back! Not just some credit and junk like that! Cold hard cash! I don't shop at a store unless they. Also support ebates returns. G Josh I love this! And if you. Have a problem you can email them and they are so so cheerful!

I was missing credit for my purchase. It was easy to submit my request to ebates and they credited my account within an hour! Who could ask for more?

When they have their tell a friend bonuses and I get an extra $100 it disappears right before my check goes out. I never get my referral money. I think I've made $12 in the last 2 years but with my unpaid bonuses it should have been over $200. Won't be using them anymore.
This is an excellent company. Not only do they pay you to shop they are by you in every way especially if you have questions, problems, etc. Their Customer Service Dept answers your questions right away. I had ordered some items from a site on e-bates e-mail and I didn't order it the way I should had... I contacted ebates customer service and told them what I had did. And they solved the problem within 30 minutes... they answered my e-mail right away and not only did they give me the money I had earned with my order... but also gave my friend 25.00 for asking me to sign up... I definately will be ordering more things off ebates... and earning money back
I made a first time purchase with this company and was very apprehensive since it was a fairly large purchase. I couldn't be more pleased. The item was delivered in less than a week, in good condition and no problems whatsoever. I would most certainly try them again in the future. Their price for the product was exceptional and shipping was free.
My question was answered so fast and issue resolved.
Recently I made a purchass and went through Ebates.com. After a couple of days it didn't show up in my Ebates account so I contacted their customer care. That very day I received a reply to my inquiry and, by the next day, the issue was resolved. My customer care rep was SO helpful and polite and thorough. I am SO pleased with my service.
