I was able to get my cash back. I clicked the easy button on a purchase I made but I guess it didn't register or whatever the case may have been. I inquired through customer service and was able to get rewarded for my mishap. I didn't think I was going to because they couldn't find my shopping ticket. But I was able to prove my purchase and received my cash back. Thank you ebates. 2 thumbs up.
I absolutely LOVE Ebates and don't understand why more people don't take advantage of this great service. All rebates are fair and clear. Anytime that I have had a question, it is addressed promptly and professionally. There is a clear list of all sites that have been visited and if a company fails to approve your rebate, it is easy to search for. All my inquiries are answered with 2 hours. I love this service esp. Since I am an internet shopper!

I had a problem about not receiving my Big Fat Check from Ebates and I sent them an email. Within the hour they reached out to me and I was able to sort it out. They told me to confirm my mailing address so another check could be sent but I asked for it to just send it through PayPal and they will be able to do it. The previous check that I never received would be voided and I would be receiving the money through my PayPal address instead.
I reached out to ebates customer service in regards to a big fat check that I hadn't received. The response was prompt, curteous and I will be receiving a replacement check soon! A big thank you to Keisha for great customer service!
I had an issue and e-mailed CS at EBates. Within minutes, I had a reply, to which I replied, and they corrected the mistake immediately! Their e-mails were quick, professional and yet friendly. I "spoke with" Keisha. She was great.

My EBATES check did not arrive, and so I sent a request to have someone look into the missing payment. It turns out that the error was entirely my fault. My address on file with Ebates was from 2 years ago, and so I simply had not updated my account. An Ebates customer service representative adjusted my address in their system, and my check will be mailed next month. I appreciate the quick and proactive solution provided. Thank you!
I ordered 6x9 speakers, a stereo, and an hdmi cord. I put the "rewardme" promo code in to get 5% off and that didn't work. And they bold face lied to me in an email saying it would show up later, it didn't! A few days later they send me an email saying they didn't check inventory on the speakers when i bought it and never updated the availability on their dilapidated web site. So they gave me a refund. Then the stereo arrived and it was defective not being able to read my ipod which it was intended to do. Now i can't get a hold of them for a RMA for a refund. I have left multiple emails with no response. They then send me an email asking me to review of their business and product (hdmi cord) of which i never received. What's the point of $#*!ing at them any more when other people need to know about their lack of ethics or accountability because they don't care. Next stop is BBB and then my credit bureau to dispute charges.

At first I was a little worried because when I went to try and contact customer service I couldn't find a number to call but I emailed them and got a reply really fast and the issue was resolved and my account was credited. This was all within the same day!
