If there is a negative. *******001 that is my rating with this app. They stole my money, I bought 350 dollars with them and when I'm about to use it, there is nothing on the card. It says the card has been redeem already. And when I call the customer service, it takes 30 minutes and nobody answers the phone, so I send them an email and it takes 3 business days before someone had reply to my email. And it says there they investigate on what happen, I should get a reply to them in 14 business days but until this moment nobody has reply back to me. So people of internet don't ever try to buy gift card on this website they will just steal your mo ey

Just yesterday I wrote a negative review about Raise.com; but today, only one day later I am happy to stand thankfully corrected by the email I received from Raise TODAY. Not only did they listen but took care of the issue in 1 day, WOW how much more could you ask for. This type of customer service is beyond great, it shows what a true upstanding business they really are. They issued me credit for the certificates that would not work. Then they took the time to verify that one of my certificates is still good.
I wanted to pass this along to everyone; there is businesses out there that do CARE.

I have never had a problem with Raise. I have purchased over 20 giftcards, mostly Starbucks e-cards, but also HomeDepot and Ace. And they have delivered. Once a Starbucks card had already been registered by a previous owner, didn't feel comfortable with that, but Raise refunded promptly. Just make sure you check balances within 45 days. Physical cards are usually received within 4-5 days.

If I place an order for an email giftcard, it is delivered immediately. I am confident in my purchases due to their one year guarantee. When I encountered a problem with one of the giftcards I purchased, due to the guarantee they refunded the money right away. The experience with them has always been extremely positive. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with this company.

Great Service

Received a bulk order of cards from my job and I have found raise to be fast professional and reliable. I have used Card Pool. They took forever, GiftCardRescue is crap, and GiftCard Zen seems to be just as bad. If you want to sell your cards I highly recommend Raise.com!

I've been using Raise a lot and saving $$$. Mostly buying cards for restaurants. On the few occasions where there's been an issue with a card, I have been very impressed with the responsiveness and "customer first" service level. 100-day guarantee is great. I recommend.

I just cant get enough of this website. I wish they have all the gift cards they are so I can make money out of my wanted cards or get them for a good discount when I want to use them. They only thing that bothers me is that there is a high amount of fraud out there, but the company has a good policy on backing up its clients when that happens, so I don't have to hassle for a prompt refund. Otherwise this is the best idea for frugal consumers of all kind.

I talked to Trent, told him the dilemma with the card I purchased with Raise.com, and within 5 min, problem solved and my credit card was reimbursed. Impressive! No questions asked! Love it! Wish Groupon worked this way!

Raise's customer service far exceeds that of other gift card sellers. They've earned our absolute trust in standing behind the cards they sell. We've stopped using other services due to getting "burned" by bogus gift card that the company was not willing to stand behind.

AWFUL. Bought a Gift Card 4 months ago, a $25 gift card at that. The card does not work! I have emailed/ called/ chatted with Raise customer service so so many times... scanned documentation to them etc. I have wasted so much time and they are still refusing me a refund!

I was buying cards from for a while. But recently back to back purchases were with 0 or couple $ balance cards instead of purchased amount. It takes the weeks! To review the problem and then issue a refund! Those were gifts, so now I have to wait for 2 weeks to get the money back to get the something else! I don't think I will be using their services any more.

3 out of 4 gift cards shipped had issues with their balance. I was able to talk to a person with only a 1-2 min hold, they were able to quickly verify that indeed there was a problem with the 3 GC's, apologized for the inconvenience and issued a refund. Not that I want this to happen to anyone but knowing that resolution is quick helps me to go back with confidence.
