You can get great deals, You should check it out before making shopping. I had a problem with my card since I did´nt get the amount I bought but in an instant I got my refund.
I listed three cards on the site. They sold in a few hours. I did not even have to mail them, just typed in the card numbers. I got paid in three business days. Highly recommended.
I have used Raise for a few years, as soon as I found out about it. I am so sincerely happy with the turn around time, it is so convenient... if ever I have had a concern it is taken care of my Raise "IMMEDIATELY" all of these are the reasons I tell all my family and friends about Raise.
DO NOT TRY TO USE THIS SITE UNLESS YOU BUY AND USE IT RIGHT AWAY.
Since it said No expiration date for their gift card, I haven't use it till today, I bought Coldstone Creamery gift card $50 last April. It had no value at all and when I contact Raise.com, they said it was over 100 days guaranteed period and they didn't do anything. No one didn't seem to care at all. I asked them to provide me the proof that card which I bought was legit. They just kept saying they checked it before selling it verbally or in their text form. No reliable proof at all. It all came down to me to blow off my $50 gift card. Very fishy company which has no clue at all. Only I can do right now is to prevent further victim like me.
I've ordered few times from RAISE and every time I have received EGIFTCARDS and I use them promptly. I have not had an issue yet and don't expect to...I will try to preplan all my purchases in the future CVS - Target - Sears - gas - restaurants and hotels to shop here first .. using my $$$ more wisely.
I was impressed with Santino's patience and profressionalism in helping solve my problem. I find the staff at Raise to always be customer friendly and very helpful!
This site is great. I always buy gift cards and at last I've found somewhere that will not only save me money on the shipping of the item, but also on the item itself.
I bought a Chili's $50 voucher for $37 and it had no balance. They refunded me promptly. Had to complain more to give me $5 credit to buy more gift cards. :/
I am a very frequent Raise.com customer. On two occasions now, the gift cards I have purchased did not have any value. Raise.com has immediately issued a refund. Customer support is excellent!
Strange course of actions... after selling a gift card on Raise.com with no issues, I was advised today by a CSR (after providing my phone number and email linked to the account) that the account could not be found, then after placing me on hold found my account and advised me that in order to sell a physical gift card I had to scan and email the support team a copy of the physical card. I then asked the CSR to REMOVE the card altogether from my account, he stated it is not possible I have to log in and do it myself. After hanging up, I logged into my account where there is NO option to remove a "PENDING REVIEW" gift card. So after the annoyance, I'll have to call them an ESCALATE to corporate or senior level management.

I sold a rather large gift card on Rase.com and chose to have the funds deposited to my checking account. After taking a few days to hear back from someone regarding the verification process, I was told I needed to verify information by submitted my drivers license and a picture of the gift card, as well as any receipts I may have. A couple days later I received an email saying that the funds were going to be deposited into my account within 2 business days. I received an email 2 days later saying that the funds transfer was cancelled without any explanation and to call customer support. The agent that I got in touch with told me that it was cancelled because they needed further verification regarding the billing information on my account. I confirmed the information, and was told that the funds would be transferred within 2-4 business days. I had a great experience talking with customer support, as far as the waiting period, it's pretty unclear just how much time exactly it takes, so if you are planning on selling a gift card, expect the process to take around 2 weeks or more. (Selling it on the website, processing, verification, and the time it takes to verify again to submit to your checking account). Feel this should be a bit more clear on the website, but happy customer service was able to assist.
I had problems opening a gift card in my account and I called customer service, they answered immediately, no queue, and they patiently helped to resolve my problem
I have purchased many gift cards on Raise. It is great place to get someone a gift card even if they were full price. Purchasing them at a discount is even better. I think Raise is Awesome.
I was not able to get the pin number for my order, but Tiffany was the one who helped. She was really professional and get this issue resolved so quickly. She is the best.
I had an issue with one of the stores not accepting gift cards on their website any longer and the representative investigated the issue and took care of it. Fantastic and easy resolution. Thanks!
Missed out on a promo offer due to a mistake on my part. The agent who assisted me, Carlton, credited my account and showed me how to resolve problems like this in the future.
Abraham quickly resolved my issue of receiving the funds from a recent listing. Greatly appreciate his attentiveness to the issue and willingness to assist.
I had an awesome experience with Raise customer support. I talked to Jane and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. Thanks!
I contacted customer service today and was assisted in a professional manner. My questions were answered quickly. The customer service representative was also friendly.
RAISE a SCAM? Run Run Run! This company has to be the worse at customer service and satisfaction in the history of customer service. I ordered a Zales voucher for my wife's approaching birthday. I had to deal with the suspicious support team at RAISE. I received an email telling me that due to the expense of the order I had to go through verification. I was asked four personal questions about former addresses and such which I answered correctly including the last two digits of my social security (all sensitive information). Then the support tech asks me to send in photo ID. I thought this was kind of strange as I order online often and have never been prompted to do such a thing. She wanted me to attach a snapshot of my drivers license to the email which I did and send it back in to them. Which I did. After no response in an hours time and not receiving a call or email confirmation within that hours time, I called RAISE at the 1065ext. I was promptly disconnected three consecutive times. Very unusual I thought. My concerns were confirmed when I called the general support number gave them my order and the support tech once again put me on hold for close to a half an hour. When she came back she said she would need me to resubmit my photo ID. What kind of service is this? I cancelled my order. This has to be one of the worst customer service departments in the history of customer service. Raise seems more like a scam than anything else. I conclude that RAISE may have some great offers but based on my experience, it is definitely NOT a customer friendly entity.
Answer: I had a problem with the lowes gift cards i purchased from Raise as they did not work at lowes. It took upwards of 10 calls and over 3 months before I received my over $700 back. I will never buy anything on Raise again
Answer: People should unite and file a class action lawsuit against these guys, any attorneys reading this?
Answer: You check the balance on the business' website. For instance, if you have a McDonald's gift card, go to McDonald's website to check the card balance.
Answer: The usual issue is that someone will buy a gift card with a stolen credit card and then sell it to Raise (or others) for cash. Usually within 100 days the gift card issuer will find out when they have been charged back for the stolen card purchase, at which point they invalidate the card and zero the balance. Raise.com will refund you the unused balance on the card prior to it being zeroed out, but only within 60 days of your order. Their short protection policy limits their exposure if a high value card is invalidated and you come looking for a refund three months after you bought it. Every gift card reseller has a different policy for refunds. Some are as short as a few weeks, others last 100 days or more. Raise.com's 60 day policy is shorter than many of their competitors, which is why I don't use them much anymore. The lessons I have learned is only order cards you will use entirely within the next month, never gift them to others, and keep a spreadsheet if you order a lot of cards so you can keep track of balances. In all, I've had about 3% of the 200 cards I've ordered suddenly zeroed out. The majority were for improbably large amounts, which is why I now try and order lower value cards. One site suddenly listed 10 $100 gift cards for Jimmy Johns, a sub shop. One has to wonder who would order gift cards like this in the first place, only to put up for resale. It turned out the original buyer used a stolen credit card to buy them all and turned the proceeds into cash. The cards were all zeroed out. I have learned to be suspicious when a large number of high $ value cards in the same amount suddenly go up for sale. So while it may make sense to buy a $100 gift card for Sears, it usually isn't to buy a $100 gift card for Dunkin Donuts.
