Just ordered 6 items, 5 showed up as one was out of stock. CC reflected this, no issues. Sent 2 emails in 2 days and both responded to in less than 12 hours.
I ordered things from them, and my order was shipped missing a several items. I was notified my order was shipped incomplete or asked if I wanted to cancel the entire order. When I complained I was offered a free delivery on my next order, which I accepted. I was told the delivery fee would be taken out from the order once was placed. Obviously, they refused to return me the delivery fee. The customer support is nonresponsive. I tried to call, WhatsApp, email.

I have returned a pair of shoes and the parcel has been received at their side on 16th of June. Since that day I have been trying to contact the Customer Service from Raffaello Network almost on a daily basis. I have tried WhatsApp, e-mail, phone… but until today I still haven't received any reply, nor have I seen my money back. I'm really getting desperate here, not knowing what to do anymore to receive a response.

I bought the product on a Thursday and received an email that the order was approved and everything and 5 days later (after trying and begging for them to answer my messages) I got another email asking me about a code to confirm the order and that without this code that I've never even heard about they wouldn't ship my order. Please guys, do not buy on this site. They have no respect for the client whatsoever.

These guys are fraud they charged me 158 euros for an Armani belt and when the order was cancelled they are making up excuses and not paying the money back! I am taking this to consumer forum meanwhile guys please beware of this fake site. Plus they consistently add positive comments on trust pilot so that the comments that tells you its a scam wont show up. Attaching a copy of the fake receipt they sent me.
I have ordered from raffaello network and my experience was tragic to say the least. I made two orders from the above site and the products did not work for me and I wanted to send them back. I did the return process through the site but they didn't enable me to print the return form. I sent countless emais but no one actually dealt with my issue. I sent the products back at my own expense to Italy and they did not accept my return at the reception because the return form did not include a personal name of an employee who would receive it. If possible. My orders had a total value of €540. People are non-existent. They don't really respond to emails. Right now the package is in Milan, Italy at DHL and is pending. My first order was placed on 7/15/2023. I really have no words for this company. My experience was tragic.

Hice una compra el 28 de febrero hoy estamos a 7 de marzo con plazo de entrega de dos dias. Estuve llamando cada día y me decían que iba a salir, no me mandaban correo de seguimiento. Hasta que al final llego el plazo de entrega y me dijeron que no habían enviado el producto porque estaba defectuoso y todavía no me han devuelto el dinero. Me han bloqueado las llamadas. He leído en muchos foros que lo suelen hacer y que no siempre te devuelven el dinero.
I bought some Jeans 'and was too long tried to call them very hard as not speak good English no problem try to send back but they don't send returned labels like most companies on line well I sent about seven emails and they was saying there is only one who speaks English and she will not take calls until 6pm and only if she is not with someone well the emails got stronger and stronger I was told bye email do it your self get one printed then ring DHL she said she as been there 14 years and she is safe and she would not ring me I told her that I was very disappointed and I don't no why they don't send returned labels as standard so please be aware that u can order on your phone etc but u can't return the same way u most have a laptop and a printer as well to complete your returned items
Finding someone to answer my questions regarding the shipments or following the orders is a pain and there is no supervisor to control the process and I haven't seen any improvement in the last two years. The worst business model you can imagine. Most of the time I order something and after a week find out it is not available anymore. The website looks like 1995 designs and customer service couldn't be worse. The owners should be stupid to run a business like this.
Made a purchase on their site for a jimmy choo hand bag around $800 to Canada, they charged me 2 times($1600). I asked their customer service they don't have response at all. Finally asked help from credit card company and cancelled the transaction. Horrible experience!
My sister bought a bag from Raffaello. On opening package, she found one part of the bag was torn off. Further, the bag was not made of the material stated in Raffaello website. She had to give it to her friend several days later as a wedding gift, so could not return to Raffaello for replacement due to lack of time. She paid a craftsman to repair it. Lastly, she found the bag was sold in another Italian online shop at a price 25% lower. My sister emailed Raffaello about all her sufferings. She did not mean to get compensation but wanted the firm to improve its quality control and provide better customer experience. But strangely until now, no response was made by Raffaello. Hope all of us can learn from my sister's experience. Don't believe too much in online shops' advertisements. Ask your respectful friends and be selective.

If you have any kind of problem that demands their engagement good luck. They do not reply in any of their channels and automatically closes the submitted tickets without even reading them. It is one of the worse customer services I've ever seen.
Placed our order on November 28th - called in two weeks later - only to have the Customer Service Rep hang up the phone on us and immediately cancel our order. According the the reviews I've read below - this isn't something out of the norm for this Company. Not only did we not receive any clear, concise updates - we got treated very poorly. I've received much better service at a low-key department store. Customers spend an exponential amount of money on this site -only to be treated horribly and disrespected. Will wait to hear from Upper Management - but what a disappointment overall.
When I was trying to place my order then they would reply in a day and now when I asked them to cancel my order. They donot cancel it... even after me sending thm a million mails about cancellation. I had to contact fedex to cancel my order. These scammers have such nerves that they blocked my email address. I can clearly see they donot intend on returning my 25k back. I made an order the last 23 of November of 2018, and never receive anything. I have tried to communicate with all the phone numbers available in the website and in any of them the phone is answered. They basically stole my money and now they don´t answer. It seems like this is a ghost company made to rob people.
I bought 3 ties on Raffaello network.
1. Church's tie. It had a black spot on its bottom and it's terribly creased.
2. Missoni. The tie has a defect on the fabric
3. Reffaelo tie is sooo wide. I cannot wear it.
I ordered a jacket and hat - they charged my card and said the items were shipping. Then all of a sudden items are "missing". Now no one is responding. I think I am going to have to open a case with paypal. Please TRUST THESE BAD REVIEWS- I DINDT and now look where I am.

Katastrophale Erfahrung: Ware wird auf der Plattform als lieferbar ausgewiesen. Versand wird binnen 48 Stunden avisiert. Nach einer Woche keine Information, geschweige denn ein Versand! Auf Nachfrage werden 2-3 Werktage avisiert. Auch nach dieser Zeit keine Aktivitäten! Nach stundenlanger Wartezeit auf der Hotline (0800...) die Aussage, das die Ware nicht lagernd (damit Falschinfo auf Website) war sondern nachbestellt werden musste. Wann diese eingeht und dann an mich versendet werden kann, könne man aber nicht sagen. Ohne Worte! Fazit: Nicht empfehlenswert; dubiose Kommunikation
Terrible quality. Order a new pinko bag cost me AU$372 but come with over abrasion hardware, pop out strings, fold leader, no protect for hardware area. Overall looks like a fake or second hand stuff. Very angry and disappoint for raffaello network.
I placed an order, they charged me on the card, but i never receive any kind of confirmation. When i was thinking the fault is on my side, which i might have input something wrong. I tried all method of contacting this company, but there are none response what so ever? There are so many bad reviews that got me worrying. Am I suppose to just wait here and see if it delivers?

I recently purchased designer backpack through this website. After one-two usages, it started to completely fall apart on several places. Either item was fake, or faulty and of very low quality. So obviously I wanted to make warranty claim on this item.
Of course I couldn´t find anywhere on their website instructions, what to do, when I want to apply guarantee according to Europpean law. So when I tried to contact Raffaello, first they answered totally out of topic - they described process of returning unused goods (not my case). When I wrote them again, and AGAIN very precisely described what the issue was (attached photos as well) and asked about information how to proceed, they haven´t replied since.
Looks like everything works with them only when you buy and pay, not when you want to demand your customers rights.
