I checked my information just for fun. There is only 20% of my information thanks God. But if you want to know about other person do not waist your money on that website
I've used it for different reasons but the results are always good. I'm very happy with what they are able to do. I am definitely going to use them again as needed.
Hi Michele,
We're very happy to hear that you liked the information you found.
If we can be of any help in the future, please email us directly and we'll be happy to help.

I just signed up for a free trial period. They charged my account $25 without my authorization. There is only one person you can speak to. They have no executive office.
Hi Frank,
Yes, you signed up for a trial membership and received a significant on your first reports. Since the membership was not cancelled, we then charged you for the next month when the trial period expired. Before that charge was completed, we sent two emails reminding you and confirming your interest in continuing the membership.
I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with this service. On your next visit to our site, please consider purchasing individual reports instead of the membership.

I signed up with this company on the basis of finding complete backround checks. On their website it states that they would provide us with information i.e. Personal, banking, criminal, photos etc... But, unfortunately, they did not. It did not provide any of the criminal background information that we needed. We called them the next day and explained the situtation and they said that their information is based on public records only. And we told them that we know for in fact that there is public criminal record and it did not show up on their report. I asked to speak to a manager and they said that there are no managers available. It is a complete joke and a fraudaulant company. They would not refund us the money or have a manger call us back later.
Hi Nazam,
I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the information you found.
The reports you accessed contained the most current public records as of 12/1/2022. This included civil court records, marriage and divorce records, property ownership records, professional records, current addresses and a lot more. If these 5 people have criminal records, the have not been released publicly. We simply cannot provide information that has not been made public by the official source.
We would be happy to help you search for more information on these subjects or any other - at no additional charge.
Please contact us directly so we may find a way to help.
Best regards,

Even though the data may be limited but the service still helps you find useful information about people. However, there are cases when not all data is available.
Hi Harry,
Yes, I understand and I'm sorry. We are doing our best to keep up, but with hundreds of millions of records this is not always possible. Thank you for leaving a review.

I am a very angry person whose personal information posted by Radaris online with out my consent! I have already taken my case to BBB and Trade Commission! My phone number, place where I work, the schools that I went to, all my information has been posted online with out my permission! It is not appropriate to sell ones personal information, I have tried to approach Radaris to remove my personal information but they ignored all my attempts!
Redda( From Saint Paul, MN)
Hi Redda,
We would be happy to help you, but your emails to us so far have not specified what information you would like removed or where we can find it.
Please send us an email with the URL to the site page and detail about the specific information you would like removed.

After contacting them back in Sept 2019 I received an e-mail from Radaris supplying me with a User ID number in order for me to create an account so that I could remove my information from their site. I made all of my info "PRIVATE" thinking that this would remove any and all of my info. Well, I suspect no one at Radaris understands the word "PRIVATE" because when I do a search of my name ALL OF MY INFO COMES UP WITHOUT EVEN CLICKING ON THEIR WEBSITE. It shows in the very first paragraph after I do a Google search. I tried e-mailing them and SURPRISE, SURPRISE their e-mail address is fake.
I am currently involved in a class-action lawsuit against MyLife.com and I have turned this information over to the attorneys handling that suit. It seems as though Radaris has had their share of problems also and won't comply with people who don't want their information shared with the world.
Hopefully, in time, we can have all of these scammers shut down.
Hello Theresa,

They are currently posting a photo of me... WITHOUT MY PERMISSION WITH SOMEONE ELSE'S PROFILE INFO. TALK ABOUT BAD INFORMATION, LYING, SPREADING FALSE INFO.
THEN, I WAITED FOR 15 MIN. TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND I WAITED ON HOLD ONLY TO HAVE THEIR AUTOMATED MESSAGE HANG UP ON ME. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. AWFUL.

I looked at a list and most of the people are NOT relatives and have nothing to do with me. It was filled with bogus ridiculous information that as a total lie.
Hello Virginia,
We are sorry to hear that you could not find what you were looking for. We do our best to have the most accurate information and relatives lists, however with more than 300 million people in the country it is probably not possible to be 100% accurate.

Thanks to GPS technology, I can pinpoint the location of people who are close to me. I actively use personal risk management tools, which increases my overall sense of security.
I did the remove my information process and my information still shows on there site. I can't get them to to remove it, they don't answer there phones unless your buying something or the hang up on you once they realize you want your information removed... I think it's time to call on our congressman to regulate this industry. Let them see what it's like to have to jump through endless hoops...
4/11/16 Update: In response to my review, I received an email which again provided me with instructions on how to delete my information. Unfortunately that still did not work. I then emailed them again, and included a screenshot of the information I wanted removed. I received their response which stated, we have removed your information. I checked and it was finally gone. It is a shame that I had to jump through so many hoops to get this done when their competitors do this in one online step. I thank them for removing my information however, I still give them just 1 star for the vast amount of time over the course of the last several weeks and trouble it has taken to get this resolved.
Hi Leslie,
We would be happy to help you remove the information and if you'd had a problem with the removal process we will help complete your request.
You will need to identify the pages with the information you want removed and email that URL to us at the address below.
It is true that we don't handle removal requests by phone, but I am very sorry if you felt you were hung up on. I'm sure it would not have been intentional.

This site collects information from the web which is completely outdated and uses your picture without your consent on their site.
They have no working mail, phonenumber, customer service. Do never send them any more personal information, it is a scam they require these details to get your account removed, they will just have more information of you in their record and are very happy you provided this to them so they can sell it.

This website gathered a bunch of MIXED info and made up a complete FALSE profile
For me and won't remove it! They LIE and even though I've emailed them Multiple times they send a generic reply and are of NO assistance. The information is FALSE, misleading and they mix you with anyone with the same name not replicable AT ALL.

What they are doing is illegal, tired of their run around excuses. FTC is not doing anything about it, they are exposing many people in danger. Any hackers who would like to take care of this will be blessed.
