I recently stumbled upon Radaris, and honestly, I'm impressed. In today's digital world, finding reliable information can be like hunting for a needle in a haystack. But Radaris really came through. I am a due diligence researcher who was seeking info on a company of questionable character. I purchased a Radaris report on the company hoping to learn more details. Sadly, they were able to provide very little in the way of specifics. I wrote them expressing my disappointment at the lack of detail and they refunded my purchase immediately (and we're gracious about it to boot!). It's nice to know that there are still people who stand behind their products. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

They didn't find the email address I needed, but the report I bought from them showed the correct phone number of my friend. I was able to call her and now we promised to each other that we will stay in touch. Very happy about this.

The service is a little slow, but otherwise, there are more or less no complaints. Works without errors.
I did not try to use the services of their competitors, while Radaris is satisfying.
Next time I will add a more detailed review.

The customer service is non- existent and they NEVER respond to phone calls - barely to repeated emails. I have a stalker that has used Radaris to locate me! I contacted their web host and am hoping this will help me get them to remove my info permanently!

All I got from them was addressed known for this person, phone numbers and marital status. Information I already have that can be easily found for free. No background or criminal records. Once I contacted them I was told that they try to get as much information they can but they do not guarantee results. Is a total SCAM. Can't understand how is this company legal. Total rip-off!

Before I paid the $34.78 to see my report, I checked their 'Sample Report'. It had a 'Summary' section that had the key information I was looking for along with a lot of data you can easily fine doing a few Google searches.

After paying the $34.78 and getting my report, it was missing the 'Summary' section. When I emailed to complain, they said the '(sample) report is dated August 15,2014'. That didn't make me feel any better and I don't think their customer support really cares because they got their (my) money.

Best advice, don't waste your money on Radaris.com.

A total joke

I paid $20 for a background report on my mother because she wanted a copy of something and they gave me one old address and her FB profile. I can get more than that--for free--with a simple internet search. How do I get in on this racket? If you can't find the bare minimum, then don't charge for it.

Back in March of 2012, I went through Radaris' "Opt-out" procedure. Five days after submitting my request, I received an e-mail confirming they had removed me from their website. I did an internet search on my name and sure enough, Radaris' site was no longer in the results! Great, right? Wrong! The anonymity was short-lived (it lasted a little more than a year) because my Radaris page is showing up again. Apparently opting out is only temporary. Why honor my request initially and then just put me right back up there? They must think you'll never check again.
I absolutely despise this website and others like it. I realize they just display info that is available through other channels, but most people won't go to those lengths, they'll just google you. Stop making it so easy to find me, Radaris!

I've been talking with their customer service people for several months now, trying to get my records removed. They're terrible about responding, and they're incompetent. They haven't been able to get my data taken down even though they've repeatedly said they already did it.

Same thing with the phone support:(

Is there someone more competent who can help me here? It looks like Radaris actually responds. Please help! I'd rather not reveal all of my personal details here in public, but if someone from Radaris can please message me here I'll provide my email address so we can talk.

This service greatly simplifies the search for information about potential business partners. Before entering into any business relationship, I always vet the people I plan to work with. BUT sometimes the data may not be complete or accurate and you have to additionally look for information through other sources

Contrary to what these scam companies tell you it is most definitely Illegal to post peoples private information without their consent. Do a google search to find the law related to this. Please file a complaint with the States Attorneys Office for companies Headquarter location. Its the only way we can put an end to these companies that are behind a million dollars a week in scams of vulnerable people.

This website won't let you remove your full name, age, or city (including previous cities) After contacting their support they reply that due to numerous responses they are unable to help with removal but they will email you when they began to offer a new way to control your information which is coming soon (no date given) The only thing you can do is remove up to three other links that may or not be related to you. Unfair and shady!

I am absolutely furious! Found radaris via google because they have my personal information and a picture of me on their website from when I was younger. No idea how they got a picture like that. I've never heard of this website and they are the hardest people to get in touch with. I hope one day it will be illegal for websites to do things like that.

I happened to find information about myself. The phone number listed was changed 10 years ago, the occupation is wrong, the education is wrong and the ethnicity is imprecise. I am Polish rather than a generic Eastern European. The entry also lists the former owner of my house as still living there!

How could Radaris stay in business?

I wish the a$$holes that run this worthless website have a miserable life. I've told them not to post my personal information on their website because I have a stalker that I'm afraid of and they take my information off for a while then put it right back up there later. I really hate radaris and mylife.com and other companies like them who post people's personal information against their wishes to not make their information public. In my opinion, they also help thieves gather information for identity theft. Am looking for group to form a class action lawsuit against them.

Please tell me how to get my information out of Radaris.com. I've called them several times. They have the wrong information about me. I have threatened them with a violation of my privacy, etc. But they never respond. This is the only website that gives me these problems. I've dealt with all of them and they've responded positively. This site doesn't have a directory you can write to, their reply emails are all pre-written, there's this person Daniel who writes you back that seem to not exist AND they never answer their phones. Is there a way to shut them down or complain about them because they are violating all the rules!
