Excellent service from A to Z! The whole process was much easier than I thought. Thanks to the great website. I purchased the USPS delivery service and I got the package within 6 days from the USA to Switzerland (although it said it will take between 8 - 18 days). So even better! Of course, I had to pay some income taxes but I was aware of it (Swiss importation regulation). All in all, I am very satisfied with the service provided and I will definitely use it in the future if I have to. Thanks!

A customer used this shipping address, confirmed it and then charged back on his credit card in order to steal merchandise. Had we known the address was a company shipping stuff to Russia, we would have refused the order. Why is a company like this allowed?

I adore Qwintry! This is the second time I order clothing through this service and the second time I am happy. Everything came well packed, not damaged, the positions and sizes are exactly the same as I requested on my Shophelp order. The parcel arrived in a month, considering the long May holidays and the difficult situation in the world. At each stage, the package was tracked and I received notifications on status updates.

For the first time I used this mail-forwaring service from abroad. I was insanely worried about the safety of my order, so I threw all sorts of questions at the support, but I received quick answers.
The parcel reached Vladivostok in 14 days. I ordered creams - not a single box was damaged.
The package was pasted over with branded tape, unfortunately I did not take a photo, but the box looked exactly like in all the photos in the reviews on the Internet. They've put a magnet and gummies inside, which is also very nice.

Just received my long-awaited package, hurray! There was a cap in the package honoring the winning the NBA championship title by my favorite team. The cap arrived safe and sound, the visor was not dented, I was afraid that might have happened. I am satisfied with the delivery speed. I liked a lot the thick packaging bag with air-bubbles, I even had to make an effort to unpack it. I am satisfied with the service. I used it for the first time and was afraid that it would take some time to sort out the details, but I quickly found answers to all my questions. I was also pleased that after payment my parcel was sent quite quickly, although I read that it is better to top up the balance in advance. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery, because I expected it to be slow.

This is not the first time I use the services of Qwintry - I order discs, comic books, small gaming gadgets from eBay. Discs are fragile, but Qwintry packs everything very well, you can see that they work with love: 3

So, the payment on Amazon was on March 12th, paid for the delivery on March 16th, got it delivered on March 30th to Chelyabinsk, Russia. 14 days isn't a bad result but I wish it was faster. I paid 6829 rubles for the delivery of 3,5 kg package. Which is only 2000 (including customs fee) rubles cheaper than doing it directly from Amazon, but also took more time. Inside this well-repackaged box was a lot of airbags and it was generally well put, nothing bumped or damaged. They put a tiny bag with jellies (could've put a big one). All in all it's safely delivered, in 2 weeks.

I want to thank Qwintry for their professionalism and fast delivery. The long-awaited package has arrived. Everything is well packed. Excellent service - I recommend!

Got my hands on a limited-edition vinyl from the States - made it to me in just 6 days! Packaging was solid, my vinyl is mint. Messed up on the delivery date, but their support was quick to sort it out. Spent only 25 dollars on shipping, WORTH EVERY PENNY!
