I got a Call from Quikr site where they said me that I applied for a work from home job since I have applied I said yes to them, they told be they have only few vacancies left in my area. They first told me to send my qualification details by the Following Whatsapp Number: +91 ******* ******* with my photo and I sent them and then for the security deposit they asked me to pay 1200 in which 200 for appointment letter and when I get the appointment letter they will refund the remaining 1000 rupees directly in my account. They Fooled me I got loss of 1200 rupees, please check to this number and bank account details

If Quikr fails to abide by its promises and you may have to bear the cost due to that. Then Quikr team makes sure that you bear the cost. It is such a cheap company that it is ready to dissatisfy its customers even for 700 rs. They will make sure that customer is dissatisfied but will not agree to bear 700 rs., that too for a fault that they have made. I scheduled my delivery for a Sunday(Quikr was informed about it since 7-8 days). On Sunday, they didn't even bother to inform me that they will not be delivering the product. I had to call them but still they did not tell me. I then contacted the seller and got to know that Quikr has not even picked up the product. Quikr did not even connect with seller to inform him. And alter all this, when I called them and told them about the inconvenience caused, they did not listen to me. I had to bear additional cost of 700-100 rs. If they failed to deliver on Sunday. When I told them the same, they said that I have to bear the cost and they will not do anything, but to keep their customer dissatisfied. They are a very cheap company. So guys, beware of them. Keep in mind that if Quikr fails to abide by its promise and you are having some inconvenience due to this then it is your fault because you have ordered via Quikr. Quikr has a moto and vision that they will make sure that their customers go unsatisfied from the portal. They make sure that customers have to pay for the failure of Quikr to abide by its commitment.

THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST COMPANY THAT YOU WILL EVER COME ACROSS.

PLEASE DONT PAY YOUR SINGLE PENNY TO QUIKR SITE, IT TAKES MONEY BUT SYSTEM PLUNDER YOUR MONEY. I had paid money Rs. 899 for paid advertisement but they are not showing my ad on premium category even

I hope your future customers will read this before they'll do my mistake - to believe you.

First, we scheduled a time to delivery. Quikr guys didn't show up 3 times! And no, they didn't call or send a message - I had to call customers service to find out. Ok...

You delivered me the wrong product. OK, I can understand... Then Quikr doorstep team called me the day after and informed that I got the wrong delivery. We re-schedule pick-up time - and then you disappeared. AGAIN.

You have no idea how many times I called Quikr (More than 16 times in ONE week), scheduled a time slot to come to take my wrong treadmill I got - but Quikr guys never showed up to pickup the treadmill nor called to cancel their arrival. I had to call you and find out by myself that you would not be able to come due to some new reason you gave me every time and then schedule time slot again.
I was waiting for them, wasting my time for nothing, not just one time, more than 5 times!

I sent emails... I got very polite "SORRY, but actually we don't care".

The worst thing you did was to give my mobile number to another Quikr buyer that waiting for the treadmill you brought to me by mistake! The buyer called me on your behalf to coordinate a pickup time from my apartment! And guess what happened - Quikr guys never showed up, again. And now what? I should call your customer to tell her that Quikr doorstep team is irresponsible? She is waiting for her product just like me.

I hope THIS BAD SERVICE is not your policy.
Unfortunately, I doubt that you ever change your way and actually bring me the treadmill that I paid for. I guess I lost my money, but I learned one thing - I'll never buy anything from you again.

New customers, do yourself a favor and DON'T BUY FROM Quikr. You have better things to do than waste your time and money on them.

Sellers using Quikr and especially Quikr Doorstep facility should beware of the hidden invoice of Rs. 1319 as "conveniene fee". While posting the ad there is no place where this "fee" is mentioned - even while confirming the sale Quikr shows the full amount as if that is what will be received. After confirming the sale Quikr sends an email with the same full amount showing in the email also! But attached on that email is an invoice showing this convenience fee.

I declined the transaction after seeing this but Quikr glitched on me... it opened my item for more offers but locked me out from reviewing the new offers as the old one was still being processed! I immediately called Quikr to confirm if this "hidden" fee will be charged to me and they asked me to ignore it. I opted to honor the first deal and waited to see what happened... good news, I got the full money.

Now I'm not sure if this charge was not deducted from my amount because I called their help desk or not... nor do I know what kind of business they are running where they send an invoice but don't take the money. Either ways I was not affected negatively so I'm ignoring these issues.

It is unsurprising that there are so many complaints from Quikr buyers as the sellers are being confused / fooled into believing they are not getting the full amount quoted in the sale due to this invoice.

While Quikr Doorstep is a great feature for buyers, the buyers who use Quikr Doorstep to buy should check with sellers using Quikr for the first time whether they know of this secret invoice and to call help desk to ensure it is not deducted from the bid amount. Else, sellers will disappear after accepting offers in the fear that they were being charged more than they expected.

Such confusions for both Quikr buyers and sellers is unnecessary, all Quikr has to do is make their business practices transparent and show charges clearly to all parties involved - including not sending this silly invoice when it doesn't affect the seller party.

My name is shikha rawat. I have applied for job on quicker.com from where i have received call from Richa Sharma *******258 she is working in quicker head office. I am selected for job in HDFC bank for which i have payed rs. 1750 for bank form. Richa said according to the company this amount is refundable. In the second round i have received call from Mr mahesh pathak he said i am HR in HDFC bank call received on this number *******089 according to him my interview is clear and now for document verification they need amount of RS. 4500. And i requested them that i will pay amount after my joining but they refused and said they will cancel my file if i will not pay. Then i called richa to refund amount of RS. 1750 which i have payed for bank from on google pay on this number *******531 on the name of (zenpayb services ansara khatun). Richa said i will confirm you on monday and today again i called her and she said i have conversation with management and they said your amount will be refunded before 30st august. No other any confirmation is given to me and am not sure if i will get my money back or not. This site is fraud don't trust on this site. And don't pay a single penny to any person confirming job on quicker.com
