I m a small business owner, I was required some sales guys for telecalling and marketing purpose
So i posted a job in Quickr jobs,,, first of all they rejected this job posting due to "restricted words" ( They won't tell me which one was restricted) then they asking for money for job posting it was a small amount of INR 200, SO i pay it,, after that still the posting is blocked then i call to call center, after half and hour waiting the job was posted

Wait... its looting is just started

I wait for one day for applicants, but instead of applicants, I got msg and pop up on my ad that i have to pay more for applicants contact numbers and details,,, its like 899 for 100 candidates,,, they called me and tell me that your ad will blocked if you are not doing payment for applicants.

I told them that i already pay for job posting why its getting blocked, they again give excuses of Restricted words,, Company policity crap and etc.

Moral of the story ----- companies like olx, quikr they are now getting dirter day by day. And just want to loot customers... STAY AWAY FROM THEM...

I had posted a ad for sell of Apple iphone7 and within few seconds I got a call from Quikr that pay for premium ads rs1500 we will post your ad everywhere in google also n ol many $#*!s and she said after this u dont have to do anything we will do the further steps n to we guarantee 200% you that we will sell this within 4-5 days in ******* otherwise your money will be returned n after that second day I got call that your premium ad is active now you can post and take benefits she told you have to do the further try n yesterday at the time of payment she said you dont have to do anything sir your company is making fool and executives are themselves fraud n do frauds with customers and after that I complained 6 days before no action has been taken they told that you will get a call from your senior executive within 24hours n now 1week has passed no call till now and executives cut the call while talking and they have blocked my number they dont receive my call
I want my money back Quikr is doing fraud with there customers they say wrong this at the time of payments

quikr.com is the biggest fraud advertisement and classified in the world of virtuality. Their philosophical way of work is make the persone addicted for free ads and after that they made their existance in our existance and their business philosophies are like making customer fool and cut their neck with their service like paid ad service. They make call and reach us at our home and try to convience for premium ads like begger when person takes the premium ads and pay the money then they become god for customer. Their topic to dicuss after taking paid our policy, no link, no mobile, no number, no refund, no service because the worst database they in which cheaters and non-sense people are engaged with them. I forcefully by sentiment taken 3 to 4 packs of 12 ads taken because its indian company and i am an indian so getting my sentiments for them but they cut my neck. First they make the statements like they are with us and when we pay money they become the case of gow hatya if we argue with them they transfer call to mulla muslims.the quikr is totally $#*! off site we have sorrow thats an indian. They are motherfucjkers as torchered by them i am saying this statement. Being an indian i am saying that craiglist and olx is best by services and faith of humanity then theses rascals indians who cut the neck of innocent indians... never use quikr.com use google adword for business or olx or other classified which which has ethics to provide the services rather then collecting money from market...

I purchased a coffin freezer from the site and paid the amount instantly. My order was cancelled stating the seller is not ready to compile Quickr payment policies. Then how he could put an ad there? Anyways the second day i called the office 7 times to check what is status of my cancellation as i need the money back as soon as possible to buy another one. Nobody knows what status it is at and fun part is that i receive messages regarding doorstep delivery of the same product.
Now the same product on sale on same quickr for a higher price... they think we are fools? Do u want to check add no -*******

The best part is that the guys who work there can hardly speak english and ofcourse can hardly understand what we speak. After listensing to teh whole story the agent was asking me madam are you a seller or a buyer? What is your problem? Probably that is the next statement in their script.

The relationship manager - Names Mona horribly bad with her tone and pace can make you hate quickr than what you are right now.

No connection between departments, nobody knows what is what, scheduling department do not know the order was cancelled. The refund department do know what ad you ordered the product for? The customer care doesnt have any info to give you an update because they do not have TOOLs to connect the different departments in the HUGE company.

All together a pathetic frustrating experience and worst customer care... I serious bow my head to people who do transaction through this company.

By the way i run a small shelter for rescued dogs ( Amee's Angels) by myself and this freezer was so important for us that i feel so sorry for myself. Neither i do have enough money with me to order another one till i receive this money.

I had put an Ad to sell my car on Quikr. One Mr Farhan Baig from Quikr called me and told me about the premium services offered by Quikr. He told me that my car would be among top searches and also told me other benefits of this service and assured me that if my car is not sold within one month of subscribing to this service then I will be refunded back the money. The charges for the service was Rs 1500. Nowhere in our entire conversation he told me that 300 clicks will be given to me for premium services and if at the end of one month my car is not sold then the amount of balance clicks left will only be refunded to me. He hid this fact from me and induced me to pay Rs 1500 for these services on the guarantee that's this amount will be refunded if my car is not sold within one month. When at the end of the month my car was not sold I asked for refund to which he told me about the 300 clicks system of Quikr premium services. When I confronted him that he did not tell me about the 300 clicks system he started talking very rudely and his exact words were jo karna he kar lo, ab kuch nahi ho sakta he, aapka paisa nahi milega ab' and started laughing.
There is no option to give negative rating otherwise I would have given it worst rating. People please don't ever put your Ad on this site. These are fraudsters and they will cheat you. I thought of sharing my experience to caution other people.
