I paid £899 upfront and cancelled less than 24 hours later before using any services of theirs. However, because I activated my online account (as their email instructed) I have agreed to their T&Cs and cannot claim a refund! Credit card company cannot help either. Awful company, AVOID!
The customer service team at Quickie Divorce are excellent. Whenever I need their help and support, they are always at the end of a button, ready to help. They explain things really well. It's a massive weight off.
Before getting in touch with the company I was a little apprehensive. However, they were recommended by a friend so I went ahead. I am impressed. Support, support, support from the team since the very beginning. Absolutely no problems with the handling of my Divorce. Thanks so much
Couldn't disagree more with the other reviews on this page. I chose Quickie Divorce when some moron employed by one of their competitors made a schoolboy error on my divorce petition and everything went through without a hitch!

This was a great service, very easy to use website and was updated at each step of the way. The service was cheap and didn't take long to complete, I'd recommend Quickie Divorce and would definitely use them again if I ever had to.
Initially prompt, a delayed response to inform me that one of my documents wasn't clear enough to read. Sent an email however received no response, so messaged on WhatsApp and got a reply straight away and was very helpful solving my issue, thank you

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Id give 0 stars if I could! Having a nightmare with this company. I paid £388 back in July 22, it's now March 30 and I'm no further along. I've asked for a refund over and over and was told I wasn't going to get one via email. They do absolutely nothing but send you out of date paperwork that the court rejects. You everything yourself with no help.
The last time I called 3 weeks ago and got sent through to voice mail of David. I left a message and he hasn't called back. So I've taken advice!
Scamming people trying to move on with their lives and causing unnecessary stress is absolutely unacceptable and should not be allowed!

I used these company and at first they seemed ok but a warning if you make one mistake they will keep your money and not speak to you. Use a local solicitor and dont use this company or you will regret it!

I have been with quickie divorce for a year now they are great customer service friendly despite my case has taken a little longer but the courts have had a back log and the staff at quickie divorce have been wonderful Thannat L, Stacey, sonia, Mathew, all the the staff have been great patient and very friendly with me. I really appreciate your helps and best wishes for the future.
They just want your money. Want you to steer down the path of their templates to make the work easier for them. If you want any changes made - tough luck. They take your money and run, they don't care.
Quick responses, easy process, advice where it's needed
No email sign off or contact information, spelling mistakes and typos in emails not very professional. Cite m a 14 day cooling off period for cancellation then refuse citing a waiver of. 7 day distance selling regulation which you waive by setting up an account to register, I cancelled less than 24 house after instructing them as I was so appalled if they could not get the basics tonight how could I expect them to get the important stuff right. Ask for a reference never give one, can't talk to people to complain you have to complete a form which is the same form you have to complete for cancellation. I will not give up I will get my money back as I cannot afford to lose £699z Utterly appalling service at a difficult and emotional time and I don't understand how Trustlokot reviews are so good, wish I had seen these reviews before I signed up.
It is false advertising to call something 'quick' when it is not.
With no contentious issues, a divorce should not take 9months, and that is how long it has taken so far- it is still in progress with no signs of when it might be completed!
I've found out that you had sent me yet another email with no explanation on what I have to do and no phone call for it to chase me up I don't think I'll be recommending you to anybody wanting a divorce as I'm completely unimpressed
My experience has been excellent with this company even when my divorce got a bit complicated they helped me get through it and told me the next steps
