We have been having problems with a missed delivery which was returned to the supplier. Lea in customer service was incredibly helpful to contact the supplier and locate the returned item and have it reshipped to us. I have NEVER encountered a company like Quality Bath who has such helpful customer support. Lea deserves the very best rating, and more. Thank you, Lea, for all your help!

I was looking for a mirror that others said was discontinued. Quality Bath said they had it and Customer Rep Miri quickly confirmed. I ordered two. One arrived broken. Customer Rep Baila quickly got a replacement shipped to me. I would definitely order from them again.

Successful Replacement
January 25, 2020

The Blanco granite composite sink we installed developed a crack and Quality Bath worked quickly with the manufacturer to have it replaced. Adina, in the Quality Bath Return Department, was extremely helpful in her directions to make the replacement possible. She advocated successfully for us and we're very grateful.

Ruthie was so helpful. I had to return one item and I couldn't believe the response. Usually companies are quick when you want to order and slow when there is an issue-not this place they are fantastic and Ruthie is the best!

I had a small issue with the sink grid for my Julien double bowl sink. One of the grids was having issues with the rods. I reached out to Quality Bath and they swung into action. Not only did Quality Bath get the grid replaced, they were able to get me the matching sink grid for my other bowl, for the replacement grid would not have matched.

My thanks to Lea in Customer Service and Sara my sales rep.

I have worked with Akiva for one week back and forth. He contacted Herbeau in France. I wanted a specific finish and it was a little tricky but because of the exemplary customer service, Akiva was able to achieve this for me. He was very patient and treated me as if I ordered from him every week. I had many questions and multiple changes, his approach was consistently kind and patient. As my husband and I continue to work on our home I will be returning to Quality Bath and Akiva for my future purchases.

Baila assisted me after finding my Franke 32" sink cracked and that was after I did not open my box and inspect it. This was after several months from receiving the product that Baila assisted me in contacting Franke and arranging a new sink be shipped to me at no cost. Baila asked me to send her photos of the cracks and she took care of the rest within two days. Awesome job Quality Bath and your outstanding customer service rep.

We are doing a complete kitchen remodel. We purchased our Rohl sink and accessories and Brizo kitchen faucet from Quality Bath. Dina was able to answer all of our questions and guide us in the right direction making sure we had what we needed whether by chat or phone. We were not ready for our sink and they held it for us for just about 2 months. Our faucet arrived with no issues and we are now awaiting our sink and accessories.Tziporah checked on us a few times regarding shipping our sink and was so kind each time. Their pricing was better than most when we were looking and they made this process so easy. Our kitchen is not finished so we cannot add any pictures. Would definitely recommend Quality Bath to others!

Got a very competitive price on a new sink for our remodel. When we identified a small manufacturer defect Freida was fast, empowered and had great follow through on getting us a new one delivered quickly and working with the manufacturer for a refund. Will definitely recommend QualityBath.

Fast and Efficient!

I ordered Pura Vida bathroom faucets and a thermostatic trim. However, when installing them, we were missing a couple of the parts.
Lea was very polite, responded fast to my call and arranged in an hour with Hansgrohe the missing parts to be shipped.
I am grateful for the efficient service provided by Lea!

I found QualityBath to have a wide selection of product, very competitive on pricing, and terrific customer service. Many Internet accessed companies make the sale and go away. QualityBath is there through the product acceptance and service afterwards. Freida in customer service was especially persistent and wonderful to work with.

I was on the market for a Duravit toilet and after doing my research, Quality Bath was the way to go for their excellent website, communication and pricing.
Unfortunately errors happen and I received an item that was not exactly the one I ordered. And this became a great opportunity to learn that their customer service is on par, if not better than their other qualities.
Lea from the returns department of Quality Bath listened to what I had to say (we all know that this is not always the case) and did not serve me the cliché phrase " we are sorry for your inconvenience" that usually means there is nothing we are willing to do. Lea said little but did everything that was possible to solve the problem. She did communicate with Duravit on my behalf and the next day she offered me more than one solutions that all exceeded my expectations by far.
Thank you Lea, Quality Bath and Duravit for a customer service experience from another planet!

Found a Hans Grohe product on Amazon. Searched the SKU and Quality Bath popped up with a much better price. Contacted them about delivery times and entered into a chat with Jack Shain. Jack confirmed the lead time and could not resist if there was any better pricing than the already lower price as compared to Amazon. Jack took a few minutes and came back with some additional good news… he secured a slightly better price than their already lower published price. Jack was pleasant, professional and acted as a customer advocate by checking on any better available pricing. He worked within the pricing guidelines of Quality Bath but made me feel a bit better that I was getting the best price possible! Jack is a straight shooter but will go to bat for you as a customer…

We purchased a Saniflo SaniCompact 48 One piece Toilet with Macerating built into base with soft-close lid. After we installed it ourselves, the seat lid broke while we were positioning it. I reached out to our Saniflo dealer who put me in touch with Ruthie@ Quality Bath. Within a few days, we received a new seat/lid. Thank you Ruthie!

Quality Bath allows for a 24 hour window for which customers are to report any damages upon receipt of purchased goods. However, due to a special situation, we were unaware of the damages until a few days post receipt of items. I had the pleasure of working with Freida, and she was very understanding of our special situation and assisted me with submitting the proper documentation and replacing out damaged item. Fredia was very responsive, and very nice to work with! The turnaround time to resolve this matter was less than one week!
