It was great. Everything arrived quickly. Customer service was easy to deal with when I had a billing issue. Parts shipped on a Friday and I had them Monday.
I purchased the diecast YJ and I was a little is appointed that searching for it online did not return any results. Luckily I knew somebody with the link and I was able to order one. I have been sharing that link with many many people!
Everything went smooth. Small mixup on the parts sent, but they corrected it with zero issues. Always good customer service.

Ridiculous, I ordered the part, paid for it, AND THEN they send me an email saying its on backorder. So I order from another vender, call Quadratec to cancel and the sales guy says its not on back order and it is being shipped out. So I cancel my other vendor order. THEN I get an email the next day saying it is not in stock. So I call and they tell me it has shipped despite the email and no one can tell me why I received the email. So I let be. THE NEXT DAY I received another not in stock email.
The good news is I received the part, but I spent a fair amount of time checking, rechecking, sitting on hold and not getting answers from the staff at Quadratec.
Product was what I needed. Delivered promptly. Courteous staff.

The seat covers look so good! They weren't all that hard to install as long as you have 30 min to spare. They already got rained on and survived just fine.

I found the items I needed/wanted easily. The website supplies pretty good info about the products but you, as a consumer, have the responsibility of making sure the products are correct for your make/model, etc. if you're not sure, give Quadratec a call/email, I bet they'll help you out. The product pages usually have a few customer photos of the product & you can see the fit or how it might look on your ride. My products arrived quickly, and the only issue I had was the set screw used to tighten the rear view mirror needed a bit of thread cutting. A bit of time & patients on my part was all that was needed.
