Anyone with only on social security can afford this service at Anytime.dont have to worry for bill. And really good service.

In 4 months it will be a year for me. Everything has been/is great so far. No issue as well. Lotting for a dependable service look no further. This is the one. You can even use your own phone.

I'm so glad I checked the reviews first! Before I signed up. I've seen the ads about the service and it makes it sound so good, but Once I read the reviews I soon realized that's not the case. And that save me a lot of Agony, thank goodness.

I activated it. It worked for a few hours then it didn't work anymore. They sent me an email asking why I never activated it. It didn't work after that.

Lost my nbr because QLINK took it upon themselves stating I signed up with another carrier without getting in touch with me to see if I actually did. Lost my mom's nbr of 20 years because they lie and said it was released. A) released numbers have 90 day hold before reissue. B) You supposedly have 25 days to reactivate same account and sim AND NBR. C) It's bullshik that they can do this and offer to send out new simcards at the governments expense. Stay FAR AWAY from Qlink wireless! They are a sorry excuse for a company. Zero understanding, Zero help, Zero customer service. Zero care or sympathy!

Always been dependable and convenient. Any time I've had to contact customer service for anything I get helpful and knowledgeable operators. Who are professional and polite. I've had several different service providers over the years and by far the best is Qlink link wireless.

I was having problems with their service so I was looking into other services and apparently when you do that they cancel your account with them. I did not want to cancel my account with them, but they did it anyway. When I tried to reapply they told me I could not use the regular phone number that I have been using since elementary school because they recycled my number. WTF! I am extremely angry!

Got my sim card on the 12th, wouldn't work so I called, they answered said to follow the pamphlet yeah already did, sent me to some one else couldn't understand them what so ever and they wouldn't help at all anyway, the other 2 were extremely rude, said my bf couldn't help set it up yet the other 2 had no problems I have some medical issues I can't talk on the phone... They said I had too no matter what, then they said oh we will put you on hold and hung up, spent over an hour trying to get a hold of someone and they completely ignored us... They were also raided last June wish I knew before trying this
They are so unbelievably unprofessional and rude in every way.

I bought a phone from qlink I never received it was delivered buy Amazon but I never got it I called qlink that refused to refund me or send me a nother phone worst company I ever delt with no one speak English good I wouldn't use there service again

These idiots are the absolute WORST! I NEVER finished my application because of the horrible plans and service YET these idiots said my. Application was approved then got an email that said to activate click here well NEVER did but these bastards took it upon themselves to activate this BS on their own and it took a damn act of Congress to get them to cancel. Like seriously WTF is wrong with you all?! You all need to be in jail! Somebody needs to shut you all down FR! Sick of these scammers

Service is ok. I just dont like when im using my phone data and someone calls me on instagram or messenger my data turns off and on.

THIS SERVICE IS GARBAGE THIS CELLPHONE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THEY SPY IN MY PHONE JUST LIKE METRO, XFINITY, T-MOBILE, VERIZON, THESE INDIANS THINK THEY ARE SLICK THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE GOING TO STEAL MY GOOGLE COLLECTION THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATIIONS AND CENTRAL INTEL, BECAUSE THERES NO TELLING HOW MUCH INFORMATION THEY HAVE STOLEN OFF COMPUTERS OF BIG CORPORATIONS AND REGUALAR CITIZENS, THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON WITH MY PHONE FOR^ YEARS

I placed an order with these guys and the deal was suppose to be a cell phone and free tablet. Well it wasn't free as they charged me $10.00 for the tablet and another $20 for whatever? Received the items within a few days and straight out of the box, the tablet was useless. The screen was non-responsive so I contacted them. We tried factory reset and still nothing, so they said return it. They said watch my email for a return shipping label and after several try's, nothing. The phone took the first charge and once I powered it up and before I could even get it setup, it was hot (not hot pepper) like fire hot. Second attempt to charge the phone resulted in a non-responsive phone that would not take or hold a charge. Hours of my life that I will never get back were spent trying to get a refund and a return shipping label for the junk they sent me. Guess what? Those hours resulted in me having to contact my bank and file a complaint for fraud since they wouldn't return my money. They said I could pay for the return shipping to Israel, really? Do you know how much that would cost me? I'm poor, on food stamps, poverty up to my nose and they want me to spring for the shipping? They take advantage of the poor and elderly and it's a shame that the FBI raid didn't end with Qlink going out of business. They need not deal with government contracts, certainly not worthy. Read the reviews, they are crooks, plain and simple.
