I started using Qazzo on a Saturday and on Monday I got my first lead. I do mortgages and was able to connect with a buyer. He explained that he was denied by a bank after listening to him I was able to see his credit and he qualifies FHA. Great lead. Tom Pappas is a great rep very knowledgeable and always available. Thanks Tom and Qazzoo.
I have been using Qazzoo for the past few years. I have closed a few buyers and sellers over this time. I'm excited to say I closed my first million dollar sale! With follow up, the seller finally reached out to me and asked me to meet the family. The property was listed and we closed $1,350,000. Qazzoo is an amazing lead resource. I have worked with many other lead sources and I always stay with Qazzoo. I know the deals are there. In addition, Meleah is always available and is ready to address any issues that may arise.
This was the biggest waste of money spent on this lead service. I've been an agent for 29 years and know how to convert online leads. The leads I received from this service were worthless.

We have been using Qazzoo for about 6 months so far. We LOVE Qazzoo, it's definitely the most under rated lead source. We just pulled a multi-million dollar lead just from claiming these leads and this person is actively working with our agent. As always, there are some duds but most of these are legit!
I purchased Qazzoo lead services to generate leads. I love that there is no long-term commitment and that I actually got leads to review and then, approve. In fact, if the lead is a dud, I can even return it. This lead service really works. The leads are warm and it is up to you to do the rest. I highly recommend this service over some of the other competitors that lock you in a year agreement. I worked with Tom Pappas over there and he is great.

They have been very responsive and helpful getting my accounts set up and sending information. The people are friendly and caring and very on their jobs.
I'm a real estate agent with over 30 years of experience. I waited a month to try Qazzoo before I wrote a review so that I could relate an informed opinion. My judgement is that Qazzoo is a great resource for an agent or a lender looking to find more business. The leads are for real, and seem to have a higher engagement rate than Zillow. I speak to 1 out of 3 leads. Having claimed 32 leads I have 2 good prospects, one of which has just become a client. A very good ratio.
My rep, Tom Pappas has been excellent. Everything he said would happen has come thru. He's knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and very friendly. He's a great resource. I've had several leads with incorrect phone numbers and they've been replaced within 24 hours, just like Tom said they would. If you're considering Qazzoo, I'd ask for Tom.
Overall, I'm a happy client and I anticipate staying with Qazzoo for a long time.
All the leads they provide you already have an agent. They promise you no commitments but then they tell you that you are signed up for the website which is a 90 day commitment (so no longer month-to-month contract). The sales people tell you something but the rest of the team tells you something else… this is a scam and calls for a clash action in misinformation and misleading realtors who fight for a piece of bread. Absolutely horrible!
