I'm a real estate agent with over 30 years of experience. I waited a month to try Qazzoo before I wrote a review so that I could relate an informed opinion. My judgement is that Qazzoo is a great resource for an agent or a lender looking to find more business. The leads are for real, and seem to have a higher engagement rate than Zillow. I speak to 1 out of 3 leads. Having claimed 32 leads I have 2 good prospects, one of which has just become a client. A very good ratio.
My rep, Tom Pappas has been excellent. Everything he said would happen has come thru. He's knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and very friendly. He's a great resource. I've had several leads with incorrect phone numbers and they've been replaced within 24 hours, just like Tom said they would. If you're considering Qazzoo, I'd ask for Tom.
Overall, I'm a happy client and I anticipate staying with Qazzoo for a long time.

The qualify of leads are HORRIBLE! Either fake Phone numbers or they already been contacted by so many realtors already!
I tried to cancel only two days after activated the membership and they'll ignore you. Very unprofessional staff. STAY AWAY!
Dave and Christian have been very helpful so far. The site is easy to work with, and instructions for everything has been very clear. I'm impressed so far! I'll be adding another update in the future.
This company is a 100% scam. Do not give them any money! They state that all their leads are verified and people are actively ready to purchase. Not even close to the truth. We have contacted over 100 customers and not one has been aware of where we received their info from. Most people have no idea or never signed up for the service. Also many fake names, numbers, email addresses. The customer service ( what a joke that is) states the reason we are not successful is we don't know what we are doing. They refuse to issue a refund after stealing several thousands of dollars. Now they will not return a phone call or email. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! 100% SCAMMERS
Qazzoo lied with regards to the signup, telling me to click on the link even though it was different that our agreement. They now have something to use against you if you want to dispute anything. The leads are trash, with almost all leads not valid. Both other agents as well as people who are not qualified to buy. When they are qualified, it is for a house that is for a very low amount, so not really worth the commission. The hit you with the recurring payment..
Got a buyer I'm working with and helped a couple find a rental my first month with quazzoo. Staying diligent and attentive is the key with them like any good lead source. So far quazzoo gets an 8 from me.
Meleah called me in response to my lack of success on the site, she's going to try to help get some better leads for me and extended my plan a couple of weeks to see if anything changes. She was patient and understanding, listening to my concerns.
I have had wonderful service since starting with qazzoo. They have given me a ton of information, set my account up quickly, and answered all my questions. Had a wonderful attitude and made me feel like i had support when working with the company
The platform itself is a great way to look for potential leads(Buyers and Sellers). You can easily request for Qazzoo credit if the lead that you opened is not responding or if the information is not accurate. Overall Qazzoo is a great platform and customer service is amazing. Definitely a thumbs up.
HORRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE your time or money. They scam you Saying you did a "recorded verbal agreement." Then when you tell them you did not they said they will listen to the recording. I have called them FIVE months in a row requesting they stop charging me, every month I'm charged. They're business practices are unethical & they will scam you until you force them to stop. Never again. Don't fall into this sketchy scamming company.
Meleah listened to my issue with kindness, understanding and exact precision and fixed the problem within minutes of calling. The level of her customer service is hard to find these days. Exceptional service!
They advertise to you initially that there is no auto-renewal to their subscription. That is not accurate as they harass you with multiple calls at the end of your 3 month subscription and then bill you anyway. Have filed claim with our bank and the BBB due to this behavior.

Tom is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and guided me throughout the onboarding process as well as followed up with me afterwards with some basic questions to help me navigate through the system more efficiently. Thank you Tom!
I purchased Qazzoo lead services to generate leads. I love that there is no long-term commitment and that I actually got leads to review and then, approve. In fact, if the lead is a dud, I can even return it. This lead service really works. The leads are warm and it is up to you to do the rest. I highly recommend this service over some of the other competitors that lock you in a year agreement. I worked with Tom Pappas over there and he is great.
I love Qazzoo it works for my busy schedule. I don't have time to call leads when they come in, I have time to call leads when I'm not busy. That's what I love. When I slow down I pull leads off of Qazzoo, when I'm too busy I accumulate leads for when I'm ready. I closed the first lead I called.

Dear Inquiring Minds, The Qazzoo platform for finding qualified home searchers has been highly commendable. It is working. In my first month, I have captured 10 Buyers, and these are all real buyers, who ask the right questions, and importantly, none of them tell me they are presently or have in the past, used a different competing Realtor, which is different from many of the more well known and much higher priced lead sources. 10 new quality leads in a month from Qazzoo... Who wouldn't want that?
I am a new customer and thus far I am VERY pleased with the service. Christian in customer service is TOP NOTCHED. He has answered my questions thoroughly and professionally. My calls are returned in a timely manner. I have started getting leads and thus far no issues with any that I have reached out to. Looking forward to a successful partnership with Qazzoo
If you are looking for a lead generation system with a low cost to ignite your pipeline then Qazzoo is for you! All the new leads provided are real time and you have the ability to pick the leads you would like to work. Another great thing is the leads are exclusive and they provide the customer with an introduction and notify them that you will be reaching out. Also my Account Executive Tom Pappas has been top notch which is key when you are onboarding to a new system and looking to be successful!
