Wish I had checked out Pyramid Collection's reputation before I placed my first order. It is June 2016 now and nothing has improved. Ordered two items, one for $20.00 the other $50.00 with $10.00 shipping (regular by USPS). Received order confirmation for both, but without letting me know until the package arrived, they did not ship the $50.00--"backorder cancelled" (what is that supposed to mean, it was never listed as being on backorder). And as one would expect from such a stellar company, they still charged me $10.00 shipping for the $20.00 item (a ring!), which I would have cancelled, given the opportunity.
You can give their customer service a piece of your mind, but only at the rate of 500 characters.
They have some really interesting looking, unique items, but I can't see myself taking another chance on them.

HORRIBLE COMPANY RIP OFF

They advertise free return if not satisfied. Then, when you return your item, they charge you shipping and other fees. I ordered a 60 dollar top. It was way too large so sent it back with their prepaid label. I received only 34 dollar credit! I was out 18.00.
Very false advertising. Will never order again.
I even called cus service... they all sound like foreign robots and refuse to give proper reimbursement credit. AWFUL

Bought product from them once... they started charging me a monthly fee for a VIP membership that I never signed up for. Called and got the run around and was passed from one individual to another. Charged me for 7 months and made it a major hassle to get it canceled. Eventually got to someone who could supposedly do something and they were extremely rude about it. I'm guessing they probably hate their job and have to deal with this issue more than any other. NEVER do business with these people unless you're ok giving them a $100+ each year for your one-time purchase.

Disaster
November 21, 2018

I've been a customer for ten years now. At first I had no problems. Last Christmas I was sent a wrinkled torn obviously returned dress. I asked for an exchange, but instead they reimbursed the card of the man who sent the gift, I then ordered successfully pants and a top during their slow season... This time, and it will be the last time. I didn't receive my 250$ order. Weeks later I received a letter that they needed more money ( my states tax laws changed). So I was told my order was shipped. Well today received a bunchof cheap old lady night gowns that were supposed to have shipped to Minnesota... I live in Chicago. Who knows where my order went. Pyramids tracker said my order was delivered today... NEVER, NEVER will this extremely incompetent company receive an order from me!

Order a couples halloween costumes on 10/23, paid the extra money to have it overnighted to me. Day 3, still no package. Called and was told they would send it out today and I would receive Monday morning... I needed the damn thing for Saturday 10/28 not Monday 10/30. Thank you for f-ing up my Holiday weekend!

Be aware that they will charge you the full S & H fee for whole order on the first shipment even if there are backordered items. Also, I was told that I would have to wait until the
"Warehouse" receives the items to issue the refund and that could take 5 - 6 weeks! Never heard of this. Putting in a formal complaint to the Attorney General's office of Massachusetts. I suggest everyone do the same. This company is a farce.

Instant spam

I viewed a few items on the web site several days ago. This was as a result of a Google search which led me there as well as to a bunch of other sites. I did not sign up for anything. Yet somehow they tracked down my email and began spamming me several times a day. I finally clicked on one in order to try to unsubscribe and they warned that it could take up to 14 days to go into effect. Rest assured I would never do *any* business with a site like this.

Your customer service sucks! Who are you to hold my order after taking my money because you claim my information doesn't match. Why did you take my money instead of sending me an email? I had to wait a month before you released it. My order was over 200.00. What the $#*! people? Now my order was supposed to be here yesterday and now it's pending? You suck! I want my order $#*!!

Bad advertising practice on this magazine that appears by the cover to be an all family, but in dismay to find out that in the interior pages sexual parafernalia content, not appropriate for kids and children under age.

I liked their merchandise, But warning I will never order from them again the catalogue will be tossed in the garbage. For 2 pairs of pants that did not fit it cost me over 25.00 to send them back in this day and age the fee being waved I will stick with those outlets not ripoffs.

I ordered an item July 2. Apparently on July 4 it was put on backorder. I received no notice. I emailed customer service twice. No response (worse still, every time I checked the site to check status, ads keep following me trying to get me to purchase the item AGAIN. I have just cancelled the order. Thank heavens my card has not been charged. I will never do business with them again.

I have ordered from them several times. I love the clothing and have gotten some really great pieces; coats, tops, skirts. Whoever runs the company need to do a re-haul of the online site. It will tell you something is in stock and then when you order - you will get a notice a few days later that it is out of stock. The hold will come off your credit card. THen, it will suddenly become available and there will be another hold on your credit card. When I call to find out when it is actually shopping the answer is always: "it's being processed in the warehouse". I don't think customer service is rude as others say but I don't think they know the answers. Also, if you check you order on line - system always say's they can 't find it. I am waiting for 3 items - I know I will get them but... usually it takes a few weeks and for the shipping they charge it should be only a few days!

Orders take far too long – my costume arrive days after I my event - They must've sent it by donkey because they said it left the day after I ordered and seven days later it was states away. Don't bother are more reliable ones out there I returned my order and of course I had to pay shipping back

The VIP club is a RIP OFF. They promise 15 percent off and the process is not only SUPER difficult and you must go through a THIRD PARTY COMPANY, but that company sends you through a mail chimp THAT DOES NOT EXIST. So it is IMPOSSIBLE TO CLAIM your "rebate." The VIP club is nothing but a RIP OFF! IT IS NOT WORTH ONE RED CENT. PYRAMID COLLECTION IS NOT WORTH ORDERING FROM ANYMORE, SAD TO SAY. WHAT A SHAME WHEN SUCH PRETTY CLOTHES ARE TURNED INTO A SCAM.

Money Trap Ahead

I ordered items which were wonderful, no issues there. HOWEVER there is a sparkly, flashy thing guiding you to VIP status for free shipping and 10% off. Woo hoo always happy to get money off I visited. Only AFTER I entered my email did the cost pop up. $14.95 a month. Unless you shop there A LOT it is a total waste of money. I backed out of that screen before hitting enter. Nope, that didn't work. I noticed a couple months later that they were happily taking money out of my credit car amount to the tune of yep, $14.95 a month. I called and they said that you are in the moment you put down your email even if you don't complete it which is outlined in the confirmation email you receive which also outlines how to cancel. Well that would be nice IF... IF I had gotten that email. This is shady and sneaky and for that they have lost my business. Done and done.

Cheesy material

This is my 3rd purchase of clothes and the quality is so terrible! I kept hoping it was just one item, but it was 3 pieces were overpriced and poorly made! I returned one that was stitched Wrong! What's happening over there? It should be named the Mummy's shroud because it's raggedy merchandise!

Misrepresentation!

I ordered some perfume and before I ordered it I called and asked if the price included both bottles as clearly pictured on the website. He said yes he does and I ordered the item, expecting both bottles. When only one bottle arrived, I called again and was told that it was a mistake by the representative and that the picture on the website was inaccurate. I asked that they make it right by sending me the second bottle and they refused! It is not a big deal but it is the principle of the experience -- clearly an error on their part and they refused to make good on it.

Shipping is ridiculous

Take 3 weeks to get to Alaska. They just need to classify differently to get it here in a week but refuse to do so. When you call the people are ridiculously rude. I am in retail so understand the finer points of shipping to AK. I only order from them when I have to.

Write your review to help others learn about this online businessI LOVE the clothes at Pyramid Collection. However, if you love them as well -- be warned. DO NOT ever purchase something from them. I ordered two dresses, the same style in different colors, last spring. The black one came in June, the other was back-ordered so long I finally cancelled the order in September. In October the dress arrived. I sent it back unopened. That was two weeks ago. Now Pyramid Collection is claiming it never arrived, even though they guarantee return shipping AND had agreed by telephone not to charge me for shipping because the order had been cancelled. They claim they have a 'transaction number' from the Post Office, but refused to give it to me and the PO never gave us one. Now I'm out $75 and have no recourse to get it back -- I will NEVER order anything from them again... they are crooks and cheats.

Rip Off

My husband ordered a jacket for me for Christmas. He was enrolled in their VIP program (without his permission) which entails a $14.95 charge per month. He only found out about it when he received his credit card bill. He called the Pyramid Collection and stated that he had not enrolled in the VIP program and wanted it removed from his credit card bill. They not only didn't remove it, we just received another credit card bill with another $14.95 charge. We will never do business with this company again.
