I was really apprehensive about making this purchase and sending money via western union! All I can say is I am so glad I did! I absolutely love my Neverfull GM it is such high quality, the only thing was it smelled a little musty but I put a eucalyptus leaf in the bag and it took the musty smell right out. Ella was so good at responding to all my emails, and sending pictures before they shipped. Total time for everything was about 10 days. I couldn't be happier and I can't wait to purchase my next bag. Internet Fraud! Absolutley the WORST "customer service". The website claims that you can return the product "no question asked" within 30 days, which is a lie. Stay away from this website.

This is one of the items I purchased from my second order with this site. I made an order 5 months ago and loved the bag & wallet so much I decided to order another bag, wallet, and luggage piece. You won't be disappointed, and the staff is so friendly, helpful, and generous. I'm already planning my next purchase! This is as close to the real thing a replica can get!

First let me say that I NEVER write reviews and I'm a huge skeptic. However, I do read reviews and rely on them quite a bit. So, I decided to share my experience. I received my order yesterday and I'm absolutely thrilled with it! Ella communicated with me throughout the process and responded to any question I had very quickly. The payment process can be a little daunting but it's worth it in the end. Once the payment is processed they send you pictures of your purchase to approve. Once you do that it's just a matter of days before it arrives. I was actually quite surprised at how fast I received it. I couldn't be happier! I will definitely be ordering again - along with all of my friends! :) Thank you so much!

I ordered my dream bag, and was so excited! The service was excellent, and they told me how to handle every step. Unfortunately, my bag was taken at Customs.
The great service continued, as they helped me decide to reorder, and then kept in touch as we waited for all of the shipping services to restart after the COVID-19 virus slowed delivery.

The guys at purseworthy kept me in the loop, sent me pictures and measurements before they sent them out, and even messaged me to let me know I missed the package because I was away. Right after purchasing a mahina babylone in magnolia, and absolutely falling in love with it, I immediately came back to purchase a zippy wallet to go inside it. It wasn't shown on the website, but the salesperson I have been working with - Ella - was able to find one easily and quickly ship it. Upon receiving it I'm totally happy with it. Both the product and the customer service and purchasing experience has all been stellar. I'll definitely be back a third time in the future!

I ordered the Black LV Empreinte Artsy MM. I waited patiently for my bag to arrive, as it looked like there was some operational delay from FedEx in CN. I emailed James and he assured me this was normal and that the shipping status would update soon. He was right! And it came much sooner than I thought and a day earlier than originally scheduled! Right out the box you could smell the new leather and the gold hardware is a nice weight and fabulous. The bag came with an LV dust bag and store shopping bag. I went to the LV store website to compare pics with my replica and I could not find a single discrepancy. The bag is a little stiff since it's brand new, however, I will soften with some Leather Honey conditioner off Amazon.

My best advice is to be patient during the order processing and shipping. The order processing and pre-shipment photos took longer than the actual shipment itself. It can be nerve racking after sending your money and not knowing what's going on for a couple of days. But once I got my PSPs and gave approval on July 26th, I got my bag on August 2nd!

I can't wait to carry it with my black mink coat! Will be ordering more!
