Awesome case

I love this case, so thin but protection right where you need it. The camera area has a raised lip and there is a thin raised lip around the glass. The material is non slip and easy to hold in your hand. It's great looking and stylish. The delivery was on time, the whole process took like a week to get the case. Good job, thank you!

I have been looking for a light weight cover with good protection for my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. After several covers, I was hesitant to waste more money. If it was ultra protective, it was too heavy for my wrist to endure long talks on the phone. 5 minutes tops. If it was light weight, I was afraid of dropping my phone. This would have been my last purchase. I am glad I made this purchase, the process was easy and smooth. It fits perfectly around my iPhone like a glove. It looks like it has good protection overall. I am satisfied.

Best case

I love this case and this company. Great products, great marketing, and you know what else is great? Their English. It's refreshing to buy from an American company. I won't buy phone cases and screen protectors from anyone else - not just because they are based in Texas, but also because they truly have great products, yet still at great prices. They are doing it right. I had a case from them on my last phone for years and it held up like a champ. Was like the day I bought it two years later when I got a new phone, and I put my phones through quite a bit. Love the grip - it just feels good in your hands and I'm sure the extra grippy sides have saved my phone from many a drop. It fits the phone like a glove and has just the perfect amount of raised edges for protection without adding bulk. The buttons all press easily and naturally. This one even has an ever so slight waviness to the sides that I didn't even notice for awhile that make it even that much more comfortable to hold and also not go flying when your juggling your keys and three bags of groceries and your wife calls... because you are a good husband and always answer your wife's calls no matter what.

Great case

I have had this case for 2 weeks on my iPhone 12 PRO and I am very satisfied with it. It seems pretty sturdy, the sides are sufficiently grippy and I like the fact that's the back of phone is protected. I also like that the front rim is slightly raised which allows me to place the phone screen down without worrying about damaging the screen. Of course I also installed a screen protector for added protection. Ditto about the camera enclosure so now if i place the phone facing up, I'm not worried about the camera being in direct contact with the surface. The case also doesn't add a of heft to the phone. Now I have yet to drop the phone so I cannot comment on that but I'm hopeful that it will hold up. I haven't used the magnetic back and doubt I will do so, so cannot comment on that too.

Worst service, do not use.

I ordered a flip case online from these guys, unknowingly it was shipped from the US and took several weeks to arrive - this would not have been much of an issue but when the wrong case (complete different to what I had ordered arrived I was not best pleased.

I emailed the company and all they offered me was 20 percent off the case I had received. Extremely bad customer service. Because there are in the states its not even worth me sending it back with postage. When I asked them they simply told me to put in an envelope and return to sender. Have done this and can guarantee I wont ever see my money back.

Do not purchase anything from this company unless you want to risk looking your money

I placed 2 orders. The first was in March, 2022 for PunkJuice S10 Battery Case Blue - Fast Charging Power Juice Bank with 4700mAh × 1. It never arrived. The second one I ordered was December 4,2022 for a PunkJuice S22 Battery Case Blue - Portable Charging Power Juice Bank with 4700mAh × 1. There is no way to call them. Emails that come back to me are automated and just say: "We normally ship the next business day depending on the availability of the product. We will email you the tracking number once it ships. Standard shipping can be anywhere between 5-8 business days and expedited shipping is 2-3 business days. Please note that international shipments outside of the USA can take up to 4 weeks for delivery." This does not solve customers problems. If you do get one, they are a pretty good product.

Customer service is horrifically horrendous. They give you the email address to contact them and do not provide any further assistance to their paying customers beyond their sale of product(s). When asked to provide information to them, and the customer subsequently does so, Punkcase simply sends generic email responses with no resolution to their customers request/ problem. If I had it to do again, I would never have purchased anything from Punkcase. Seems the "company" is the Punk

Highway Robbery

Heading into week 9 waiting for my product. As a good customer, I followed up several times to check on my order & I'd always receive the same automated reply saying it takes (2-6 weeks) for international shipping. They had the nerve to send the same (2-6 weeks) automated reply when I inquired on week 9. I had to email them asking them to read the F'@$king message before spamming their own clients.

I even paid $30 for express shipping. If it isn't possible to allow for express shipping, some sort of notification would have been nice. On their website, they could simply prevent you from proceeding with payment when your location is entered if it's not possible for express shipping. NOPE just let me waste my money.

Finally, I get a response saying they're sorry, their product really is great. For my troubles they'll offer 25% off my current purchase and let me keep the product. I reply again saying, I never received the product, please consider a full refund given the extremely poor experience... I receive a somewhat copy & pasted reply now offering me 30% off my current purchase.

I don't expect I'll get a refund at all. Sad they operate in this manner.

DO NOT BUY! Wish I had read reviews first before purchasing. The product they send you is nothing remotely close to what you see in their advertising. I had ordered a iPhone 8 Plus waterproof case with the front being all pink and the backing black. What I received was a cheap piece of garbage that had a thin piece of plastic pink wiring on front and a clear flimsy backing that shows your phone color not black! Then then have the nerve to try to resolve the situation with 20 percent discount.

I was sent the wrong phone case to the one I ordered. I informed them if this with photos of what they had sent and of what I had ordered.(totally different cases). On informing them of this the asked me to return the incorrect case, and once the had received it they would issue the correct one( the first delivery took in the region of 4-5 weeks). I told them I was not prepared to fund the cost of postage when it was their mistake and told them I would gladly return the wrong case when they sent me a pre paid postage sticker as I was not prepared to fund their mistake. Since then and several emails later they are still sending me the same automated reply. I would never use this company again, they are a disgrace and obviously do not care about their customers. I will be taking this up with PayPal now as I have given the company the chance to correct the mistake which they have not done.

Please stay away from this seller. They are SCAMMER. You have been warned!
I bought a tempered glass magnetic case for my Samsung Note with tempered glass screen cover, but they sent me a cheap plastic case with plastic film screen cover.
I quickly asked them to resolve the issue, which they refused. They asked me to return the case back (from the UK to USA) at my own expense. Also, there is 20% off refund.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE MISTAKE I DID NOT DO?

I wanted a case with screen protector and good all around protection and that's what Punk Case give me. Water proof and drop protection. The reason they have bad reviews is because you have to follow the directions because it's a very good case.

Dreadful avoid

I've never written a bad review before so I'm not one of those people. My case arrived after 3 weeks in the wrong colour I got offered a 20 % discount buy had to ship it back to them so didn't bother. After using it twice it leaked, I emailed them and there response was.
Unfortunately there were some defective cases and it looks like yours is one of them
Please advise if you need us to reship a new case? I wa gob smacked that I hadn't been notified before I had put my £900 phone in their case, since then they sent me another case, and guess what wrong colour again. I have asked sever times for a email address to make a official complaint and regardless of what I wrote now I only get the following message in response.

Takes weeks to receive case from abroad.
Then, they send the wrong case (cheaper one, different colour).
You email them.
They offer "20% off" or refund if you send it back.
No return shipping offered.
They said
"Write a note with order number, put it with case back in packaging, write return to sender on it to send it back to usa". Umm really? It was posted from Germany.
Reviews suggest they do this ALL the time.
Also, the punkcases website has only 5* reviews. It does not show my review, suggesting they block bad reviews, and make up good ones.
Keep your money. AVOID

Worst Buying Experience

Ordered a pink case on 3/30. Order arrived on 4/21. It was the wrong case. So I reached out multiple times and finally got a response. They refunded me $8 for a $42 case. A case that I don't want. I have tried emailing over and over And have called but am getting no response. Idk what to do?

Incompetent

I ordered a case from this site a few months ago. It was a good case, until the rubber plugs to cover the headphone jack, charging port and stylus all broke off. I ordered a new one 3 weeks ago without the rubber and they somehow lost it. I got ahold of customer service and they sent me a replacement one. It just came in and it's the wrong style of case that I ordered. Not satisfied with Punkcase and definitely will not order again.

Punkcase deserves zero stars
April 25, 2022

I ordered a smart phone case from punkcase on April 17.

Punkcase has still not shipped the case and I have inquired multiple times, only to be told to wait. I have lost patience. Here's what has happened so far:

On April 21, in response to one of my inquiries, I received an email informing me that my order had shipped and to wait 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear on the USPS site. It has been well over 48 hours (closer to 72) and USPS still has not received the package. I'm attaching screenshots of two emails as evidence of purchase and their reply to my request for an actual shipping date (instead of just the creation of a shipping label). I am also attaching a screenshot of the USPS site which shows they still have not received the package as of 9:43 am US Mountain Time, today April 25.

Punkcase keeps telling me to wait, but I've waited long enough. They have not been forthcoming about my package being shipped, so now I am contacting my credit card to get a refund.
