My note 20 loses charge when plugged in to the punkcase. Also the blue case is almost indistinguishable from black. I've changed power cords but charging still seems intermittent

I ordered my phone case 3 months ago and after 10 emails I still don't have the product or a refund. Boo punkcase Boo. Double thumbs down.

I've had numerous cellphone cases over the years, but this one, is one of the best. The material used is not too soft, but tacky enough and the raised edges both front and back provide excellent protection without being too bulky. The notched finger locations make it easy to hold.

Worst company I have ever dealt with.
I have been waiting for a refund since November 2021 and I still havent received it.
Either my emails get ignored, or customer service tells me they are passing my case onto refunds department.
They then tell me they have issued my refund and to wait 5-10 days.
They then tell me its been sent and to contact my bank.
This happens over and over again, multiple times.
This is now 5 months later and still no refund.

Just received the case after a week of shipping. Not that big of a deal to wait 7 days to get a great case. There are groups on the side of that case that may keep holding the phone while texting with one hand a breeze! The sides feel like they are made from a really good rubber composite that won't slip out of your hands. Perfect for me as I have large palms but short and stubby fingers. Overall it is a good product and a nice brand, will definitely order from them again.

Bought it online never mentioned it was pre order waited 5 weeks. I got an email saying that my order was being prepared but it was in Brooklyn in the u.s. Was given a tracking number that disappeared after a week now I am asking for a refund see how long that takes

The case came as it was advertised in 6 days. Very easy to hold. Like the grips. I did wish for more color choices though.

Sup everyone. I have bought the case for my iphine 13 max pro from these guys. The shipping was prompt. The price is reasonable. The case itself is really great. No issues at all, the case came the exact day as it was said in my order. And there was a chance to track it byu the way, but i didn't do it. Thank you.

They send you a cheap case not like what you ordered, then make is so painful to return/exchange that you can't be bothered. Do not buy from these people if you want the case you actually ordered.

They are either stupid or fraudulent or probably both.

Bought for a man with a penchant for dropping things. This is easy to grip, not too bulky, but very protective. Even for fumble fingers... It feels good in the hand and isn't slippery. He likes it. The materials seem to be good quality. Good lip protection of the screen compared to other cases. No problems with shipping, everything was smooth and fast. I even decided to buy one for myself too.

So I work in the at world and bought a iPhone 13 and got this case. I've dropped it several times, in a dirty environment 90% of the time. Take phone out to Cory it and phone looks brand new every time! This case keeps dust out like a pro! Highly recommend!

I LOVE the design! It's sleek, not bulky, and easy to grip. The material is not slippery in my hand. I feel like I have some "traction" while gripping it. The sides are soft and flexible making it easier to access the buttons. The hard backing provides extra protection for the camera. Punkcase is one of my favorite brands for cases. They have exceeded my expectations once again!

This is light and seems sturdy. Best case for iphone 13. The MAXIMUS series are awesome, fits like a glove and gives the real protection. There were no issues with shipping in my case. It came in time and without delays. Overall this is a nice vendor to buy from!

This company is an absolute joke. By far the worst experience I have ever had with any purchase I've made in my lifetime. I paid 30 dollars for 2 to 3 shipping. A week after my purchase, it was still sitting in NY. I sent them multiple emails and got the exact same reply for each one, like they copy and paste their replies. DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT DECENT SHIPPING. DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! ONCE YOUR MONEY IS IN THEIR POCKET, YOU ARE FORGOTTEN. 2 WEEKS NOW I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PHONE CASE!

They sent the wrong case, I had to pay for return over a month ago, still never got the correct case... will I ever?

Purchased a pink and blue phone case for Samsung Galaxy. Waited quite a while for delivery, only to be sent the wrong ones. Emailed customer service, to be told they were out of the ones I ordered. So they just sent me something I didn't order with no communication if I wanted it!? Customer service emails are rude, no name on them and have said to return them, and once they receive them ( postage from Australia to USA) then they will refund. I don't even like my chances of this. They also fall under the name of Avatar cases so don't be fooled like me. I had issues with punk case last time sending me incorrect order, so I thought I was buying from another company this time. I only realised it was the same when it showed up on my bank account.

They messed up my entire order and refused to cover the expense of sending back the wrong items. I will not be ordering from this company ever again!

I ordered a Carbon Shield Cover and Punks sent me a $1.50 useless neoprene piece of crap from China with a hunk of potch metal on the back which scratches all my furniture. This piece of crap the Punks dug up in the "under $1 basket" on eBay was a real slap in the face. If I did see this piece of Punk Crap in a $1 throw out table at a Supermarket (because no reputable computer or electronics store would have this PunkCrap in their store) I would grab it, squeeze it, and while it was still wobbling (so unfit) chuck it in the corner or underneath the other throwouts so no other fool could waste their time and energy picking it up. I was warned about PunkCrap but I had already paid for it, no my friends are not just telling me I told you they were robbers and cheats, I am suffering the pain. It implies the potch metal rotates, it is just spiked to the crap neoprene and fell off the first attempt to see what is this crapcase

After trying several different cases I settled on this case. It is a soft case with a good texture. It does not have a screen protector but does have a slight lip that will keep your phone screen off a table. The case is easy to put on the phone and take off. The case also allows for wireless charging and is slim enough it fits in car phone holders. Great case.
