I ordered a juice case for my iPhone, what I received was a Maximus case that is half the price of what I paid according to their website. I tried to call, sent emails, what finally got a response was the bbb. I still have no resolve as the company wanted me to pay for shipping the wrong item back - I told them if they sent me the correct item then I would return the item they had sent to me - as a customer I should not have to pay for their mistakes. Punkcase would not make it right and I payed 2x as much for a product I did not want or need - I have a life proof case that stands behind their customers and has a 0 question warranty

I have been using phone cases from Punkcase for several years. These cases are the highest quality and always fit the phones perfectly. These cases don't add bulk to the phone and offer great protection. I have dropped my phone several times and the phone has no scratches or dents. I have pre-ordered the S21 Ultra and cannot wait to get my phone because I already have the cover that my phone will go into. Thank you guys for keeping the quality of your products high!

Customer service is terrible. The first time I ordered from punkcase they sent me the wrong case and offered me 20% off for receiving the wrong colour.

My second order for 2 cases with the new phones and boom again the wrong cases again with 20% off b. S and now its been ongoing battle to get the cases I ordered. I'll be calling mastercard as I'm tired of this and I will stop the payment.

I ordered a case from Punk case. It has been one of the worst experiences.

They sent out the wrong case. When contacted, it took 3 days for them to get back with my email. No one answers the phone. The voice-mail is full.

They didn't apologize. They literally just said mail back the case and we will give you a refund. Didn't even offer to send me the right case. I attached pictures and my order.
I love Punk cases but this company's customer service is some of the worse I've dealt with.

I'd recommend Punkcase cases. As one who has purchased many cases for iPhones over the years, I can say I'm very pleased with this particular case. I was actually a little hesitant at first about the grippy grooves on the sides. Wasn't sure about the feel and aesthetics of those finger holds. But they are actually very nice and grippy, and the way they are structured are actually not obtrusive at all - the front facing rim hides them. The case also feels very nice. My one slight complaint is that although the front edges do extend out a bit for some protection when laying the phone face down, the edges could be a little more prominent - I've had cases that were such. Anyway, one can't go wrong with the quality of this case at this price.

This was the third case I bought for my iPhone 12. I returned one because I couldn't use the magsafe charger with it and couldn't see the color of the phone through it. What's the point of getting an iPhone with color and having it covered by an opaque case? I then bought Apple's clear case for the iPhone. It had no texture to grip it and didn't fit the buttons very well. I returned the first two cases and bought a case from Punkcase. The case is great! It is clear, flexible, substantial and has texture along the sides to grip it. Magsafe charging works, and the phone sticks to a magnetic vent mount I have in my car. I would highly recommend this case!

I purchased a case on Feb. 8. I realized that I ordered the wrong case and ordered the right case on Feb. 10. I kept watching the tracking on my package and it never got to the warehouse. Both of them. After 10 days, instead of trying to work with me, they said they will refund my money for both cases. I don't think they ever had the advertised case. If I do not get my refund within 10 days, I will report them to the BBB. They are Sketchy and Shady. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I don't drop my phone and excessive amount, but I have small children and tend to juggle tons of things in my hands and it happens. The case has done a great job in protecting my phone so far through a few drops. The case has not scratched and does not attract lint or dirt. It's a nice nice purple-y color with a hint of pink (do not think dark purple or plum, it's not that shade.) There is a tiny subtle sparkle to the back of the case which I was not expecting, but love. The case fits snugly and I can drip it well. Would definitely buy another - come out with more colors!

I don't know why, but I am skeptic of phone cases. Perhaps it is because new phones cost so much. So, I was prepared to think this case wasn't worthy of my new iPhone 13. Surprisingly, I really the case. It is thin, grippy on the sides, and is thick enough to protect the cameras on the back and face on the front. I haven't tried the drop test yet, thankfully, but it seems up to the task. The buttons on the side have just the right amount of give. All in all, good case and good value.

The site has multiple versions across the world. The scam, is to take so long to deliver (8 Weeks) technically outside their published returns/refund policy. Deliver poor quality product in great looking packaging (plastic moulded case - not multilatyered as advertised) typically wrong colour and incorrect size. Insist on shipping to be paid by buyer which is very close to the item cost. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - IF YOU DO, USE PAYPAL SO AT LEAST YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Scammed me out of $75 and no product yet. Sent emails after email with no reply. Looking at other reviews, these people should be reported to Commerce commission. Which is what I am just about to do.

I ordered a phone case for my daughter from Punk Case because I found an item that was high quality and affordably priced. While the listing for the item had a color in it (purple), the item page gave options between multiple colors; my daughter chose teal. When the item arrived, it was in fact purple, so I reached out to the company right away. They responded by telling me that I could either return the case they sent or they would give me a percent off another order. I replied by saying that I was not going to come out of pocket to return something they mistakenly sent, nor did I want a percent off buying something else from them; I simply wanted them to send the right case. Again, they messaged back that they would exchange or refund the incorrect item if only I would send it to them... by paying for the return myself. I reiterated that I would NOT come out of pocket for something they did wrong and that was the last I heard from their customer service.
Today, I got a survey request from their automated system and I was MORE than happy to detail the deplorable and reprehensible way in which their company has treated this customer. It is now my goal to spread the word about these good-for-nothings so that nobody else is taken for their money. PLEASE be wary with these folks; they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!

I'm glad I bought this case for my new iPhone 12 Max Pro. It makes the phone easy to hold because of the way the case curves around your fingers at the base. It's very sturdy and the marketing around the product is very cool. Never had a single issue with shipping, the case came in time.

This case is easy to hold. Feels quite sturdy in your hand and has prevented me from dropping it so many times. My hand strength isn't so great so the grooves grip on the sides really has come in handy. I've dropped my phone a few times (by bumping it off the table) but the case has kept the phone safe and free from damage. It's a good looking case too. The space design is bright and clear. Overall excellent purchase.

Is there an option for 6 stars? Seriously. I've always been apprehensive when I'm on the Verizon store messing with an upgrade, and deals like this are why. Compared to the $60 Otterbox, this little guy knocks it out of the park. I'll be returning the Otterbox without a split second hesitation. No, this was not a free item review, I paid for it, And I'd buy it again.

Sup everyone, I have purchased the s21 ultra case from this company. I have had no issues with shipping or customer service, everything was smooth as a butter. The case itself is great, fits the phone perfectly... and the little customizable side buttons are literally the cutest. I will definitley buy again from them

Hi guys, as for me, everything was good. No issues with the shipping, the case came exactly as described. Ofcourse it wasn't an insta shipping, you have to realize that the warehouse is somwhere in US or even in China, so it can't be delivered next day... Anyways it was worth waiting, the case is great
