I ordered from punkcase seven weeks ago despite emailing numerous times my phone case has not arrived. The tracking number is also invalid. They have not replied to my refund requests. In my opinion this is a scam site.

Sup everyone. An interesting and a high-quality case came along my hands. I like that this case has a soft feel. Very comfortable to hold. The shipping was rather fast according to pandemic sittuation, and the case is really great. I hope that there will be no chance to test the protection level but it looks solid.

My phone looks even better in the case. All cameras aren't sticking out. Looks good. Case material feels and looks like matte

Perfect fit, perfect protection, perfect looking, also, feels amazing. I didn't have any issues with shipping or customer service. Everything was fine.

I've been complaining about it they've been asking me for my number so I complained again all they asked is your number number the 2 phones about it's a joke trying to get my money back and I probably won't because they're a bunch of $#*!s. I did review on them and there was nothing positive saying then positive saying I went on their website and is there website and I saw my complaint they complaint they literally took my review and I review and what I said to them they literally took it and turned it around like they were wonderful So there reviews that we read they're all bogus that is my opinion And I'm just saying people beware I got screwed by them JM

I order a black case. But was sent a Pink one instead. When I contacted them about this they said to send it back. When I asked if they would pay for the postage they said they wouldn't. So there you have it. They Don't care about customers service..

Loved this case for my iPhone 8, and the one for my new iPhone13 is no disappointment! Better grip surface on the sides, durable, should provide exactly the protection I need!

I looked at a ton of phone covers for my new s21 ultra. The reason is because the phone looks so nice without a cover that I wanted to make sure it still looked great with a cover. It does with this one and it feels great when holding. I haven't dropped it yet (thankfully) so I can't speak to the durability but feels stable and like it could take a drop on the back or sides

I received the case I ordered almost 2 months ago, it is NOTHING as shown & described on the Punk Case website. It is the cheapest garbage, thin piece of single layer plastic ever seen at an extreme expensive price. I called, left voicemails due to never anyone answering the call, numerous times, 1st email was responded to without a complete solution or any responsibility taken. After that when I had more question and a request for return label, total ignorance and arrogance, I emailed numerous times. NO reply. NO RESPONSE what so ever. Never, Never Fall for their False Advertising.

I like the clean look and feel of the cell phone cover. I have actually dropped my phone twice already (once on gravel and second on pavement) and have to say that no damage appeared on my phone.

A great cover. Comfortable, light and sufficiently stiff at the same time. It also gives good protection and looks cool.

Excellent case, it has good grip and feel also good protection at the corners. Better grip surface on the sides, durable, should provide the exact protection that i need. The price is reasonable too. The shipping is not that fast, but the case is too good to complain. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Would definitely recommend these cases.

Hi guys, I picked up my new iPhone 13 today. I wanted a case to protect it as soon as I brought it home. The phone is not inexpensive so a good case is a must. I went online a few days ago to see what might be out there already. I came upon this case and based upon the description and the look of it I thought I'd give it a try. Compared to many other cases it was also much more affordable. It doesn't happen often but I feel like I hit the jackpot with this case. It is strong, provides a good grip in my hand (is not too bulky) and cosmetically it's just what I was looking for. I got the solid black case because I'm just not into what I find distracting in more ornate case designs. Quite honestly, I knew that had I not been pleased I would've had no problem returning it but trust me this is a keeper. I like it more than the otter box that I used with my old phone. I even was looking forward to buy another case from them for my old phone and use two phones at the same time ;)) ) But anyways, this is a really nice case.

So I've used them for years. I've gotten many of cases and recommended them to everyone. But now it's tike to let the truth out. I ordered a case from themAug. 13th 2021 and have sent over 30 emails to them because they sent me the wrong case. I had to pay $16 out of my own $#*!ing pocket to pay to ship the case back to them that was their mistake in sending. I've sent countless emails asking for 1. Refund or 2. My correct case. They have told me for 3 $#*!ing months the case is out of stock and won't give my money back. So now I'm leaving reviews everywhere and getting a lawyer involved. They better get their $#*! together.

The case will not clip together, either with or without the phone in it and is not waterproof if it cant clip together.
Jaggered edges on the moulding of the case have created burrs and scratches on my brand new iphone.
The screen protector is just a piece of flimsy plastic.
From other reviews I think I have done my money and don't expect to hear from them.

They sent me the wrong item and I emailed them hoping to get the situation solved, and they told me that I needed proof of purchase, which I provided, than I asked for a shipping label to return the item back and get what I ordered and they told me they would take 20% off the item they sent me. Which isn't gonna work… and than I told them to send me a shipping label so I could return the item and they won't respond to my emails, no shipping label has been sent. And I've emailed them over ten times to get a response. And nothing. Poor customers service, and very unprofessional. They can't even fix there own mistake! Will never ordered from this company again. Wasted so much time just to get what I ordered. Now I'm stuck with a case I can't use!

Love this case - sturdy but not bulky. The grooves on the sides are perfect for keeping a good grip on your phone. It gives a solid protecton and the design is nice too. Great value for the price - I would definitely buy this again and recommend to anyone.

I ordered a case and 2 screen protectors. I recieved only the case. It was the wrong color at that. Emailed to the address i was told too and still no refund of items not received. They just keep telling me to send back items for a refund. I didnt get the items to send back. They dont seem to get it or care. Bottom line... Do not do business with this company!

I got more excited with this case than with my new iPhone 12 Pro! The case is beautiful. Gives you very good protection. The lip over the screen is big. It is not heavy and bulky like my old OTTERBOX. It has Beautiful texture on it and sits in the hand very nicely. I'm highly recommending it.
