I ordered a case from this company for my iPhone XS Max and when it arrived it was an obnoxious teal colour instead of black. I have a gold IPhone so this colour clashes terribly with my phone and is of no use to me.

The company refused to send me out a replacement and the best they would do is offer me 20% off my next order.

There customer service is terrible and they pose as an American company but by the broken English used in replies from there aka customer service team correspondence has me highly doubt their authenticity.

The company had had 258 complaints lodged against them with the better business bureau and should be avoided like the plague.

Received my product and it was not what I thought it was going to be. Very disappointed. Tried to contact them to return it, can not get through on the phone number provided and the return page "can not be found= ERROR 404" I just want my refund. My previous interactions were really good, but something changed, they must have sold out. To bad.

This case feels cheap. The plastic gets oily easily, the obvious circle for the fingerprint scanner is irritating, but dammit it works. I want to hate this case, but it's the only one out there that actually has a screen protector built in and it's actually not that bad. Do I think it's worth the "permanently on sale" price of about $60? No. But, punkcase is the only company bothering to put out anything remotely dust proof so they can charge what they want. It's like car insurance. You hate it, you don't want it, but if you need it, you need it. I don't like this case, but I will buy another one.

I have ordered it a week ago and the delivery was made in time. This is a good case for working out doors. Easy to hold. Easy to put in and pull out of a pocket. I don't have to worry about the protection if i drop it. The price is reasonable and i didn't have a chance to test their customer service, but i am sure that it is a regular service as other services from case sellers. Everything was good form me with this company.

Was sent the wrong colour and wrong size of phone case that cost £25. When I emailed they were unhelpful and uninterested in fixing. Offered a 20% refund for a case that was completely useless to me. Same covers on ebay/amazon for a fraction of the price.

Hello everybody, jusr recieved my new s21 ultra case from these guys. The shipping took 1 week adn the case was delivered on time. The case itself is great. A nice sturdy case if you don't like that bulky ones. Low profile and protection. The grips on the side help hold the phone easy in your hands. The price is reasonable too. High quallity case from a high quallity company. Thank you very much.

I have bought this case couple of weeks ago and now i can honestly review it. First of all, i want to say, that it has a great shape, grip, and durability. Holds up well and gets compliments. For the price it's 6/5, exceeds expectations. Now coople of words about shipping and costomer service. There were no issuesm the case came exactly as advertised. I didn't have a chance to contact the customer service, but its a good fact i suppose. The shipping was fast, i am completely satisfied with my order and with this company. Recommended.

I ordered a phone case for an s10 plus. Less than 24 hours more like 12. I asked to cancel. They offered me discounts. But I asked for a refund because I sent the phone back and I did not have a need for it anymore. It was $33.00. I said no, I want a refund. And after all that they say oh its been shipped. I call bs. They get the product internationally. So most likely China so instead of canceling and refund, they are putting me through a night mare of returning and waiting for 2 plus weeks. Shady company. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORTHLESS. Buy somewhere else. Where they are not pushing product down your throat when you change your mind.

Stay away. Please stay away. I ordered an s10e case in Australia as the site uses a. Au extension so they must have an ABN to get that domain (https://punkcase.com.au/). I found out it comes from the US. 6 weeks later it arrives. They sent the wrong one. I requested to send back for a refund. They gave me 20% back. Bad company and worse communication. If this review stops you buying from them then it's worth the lack of refund to me. Believe the other bad reviews and shop anywhere else.

So I paid $22 for a case I did not order or want.

The case I ordered took 9 weeks to arrive and was then the wrong colour and the wrong size. I defiance of all distance selling regulations, this company then a) fails to answer any emails, b) does not answer the phone c) insist that although it's entirely their fault, I have to pay return shipping.
The address listed is a small office beside the railway in the Chinese part of Brooklyn, so it seems this company is a front for a chinese organisation, shipping direct and ignoring international trade rules.
DON'T buy from these people.

First case sent wrong color took over a week to get a response want me to send it back they dont care about their customers. Order another case around the same time for iphone 13 they send me a case for a Galaxy phone still no response from them over a week i will cut my losses and take my business to a company that cares about their customers hard lesson learned.

I purchased a case 3 months ago and it never arrived. I have made several attempts to contact Punkcase but to no avail, my emails are being ignored. I am so upset and frustrated. I have requested a refund and that too has fallen on deaf ears! What brazen and disgusting way to make money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!

Useless customer service, been waiting 2 months still havnt received wouldn't bother using them much easier to go to someone else then deal with these guys

Hello guys, just received this S21 ultra case, really like the look and feel of this case! It's sleek and slim but still seems durable. And this case adopts great material that does not collect lint, the translucent matte fingerprint resistant back is also appreciated, cause I dont like the look of cases with greasy smears all over them. The shipping wan not perfect but it was worth waiting. I have made an order and the case arrived in 5 days.

Dropped my phone onto the floor from my bed, and didn't think nothing of it because the case wasn't hurt... been having trouble with my speaker on my phone the last few days so I finally took the back off it... realized that it was smashed on the back... right where the kick stand bevels in inside the case... 1500 dollar phone now fked... and I'm guessing about all the reviews on here that they wouldn't give a $#*! to learn this about their wonderful water proof shock proof protect your phone through all the elements crap they put on their website! DO NOT BUY! Would take a picture of the case and my phone side by side but the man ain't home and I'm mad now!

Bought a phone case, which arrived way later than the website stated - nowhere did it show it was being sent from the US, when I ordered from the UK.
Anyway… A completely different, cheap flimsy phone case arrived that was already broken. I contacted them with pictures, only to be told that I HAVE to send the case back to america, AND PAY FOR POSTAGE in order to be refunded or get an exchange for the actual case I ordered! The worst company I've ever dealt with. Stay away from them. Horrible. Never, ever, ever buy from this company unless you want to be ripped off.

Hi, i have bought the s21 ultra case couple of months ago. I want to state, that it is much better fit than the Otter Box. Will be buying these ones from now on.

I ordered a case from the UK. They sent a case for a different phone, and in the wrong colour. Clearly they couldn't care less. I had to pay for international postage to return the case to them, despite the error being down to them. DO NOT BUY FROM PUNKCASE.

Good quality. Fit my iPhone 12 Pro well. Nice grip but not bulky and looks cool. The price is reasoneable too. If you want some quality item you have to pay!
