I used an older ipad to download the test, which didn't put it in a downloads folder to retrieve from when I downloaded it directly to my home screen (when my device asked me where I wanted to download it).

This company is horrible, I'm not understanding why the real estate board uses them for testing. I went to take the exam online and the proctor would not allow me to take the exam because they claim my military id isn't an acceptable form of identification, when I got my name change in the system psi informed me that I would have to retake to exam and pay a cost even though I was told I would either get a refund back or they will apply it to my retake. They sent me an email stating my military id would be accepted but the day of the test I was turned away by proctor.

Great prep tool. Easy to use and gives a simple way to understand how to.
For lack of better words, NOT happy with PSI. I'm starting to feel like its a money game. To miss the pass score by a point and a half then continue studying and after several more tries, still missing. Some of questions are worded to which two answers could be right, so if you pick one that you know is right, you can expect it will not be. I pass practice tests all day long at home in which 70 is usually my lowest score. Go take exam again, another fail! Study and practice all week for what? To fail again? I'm beyond frustrated! It makes me want to quit, except I'm not a quitter! They need to test more on what they teach on their PSI videos. They also know how to tap into your weaknesses and question you more on that rather than other questions being taught in the videos. Its a money game people!

A bug in their secure browser prevented me from getting into my exam, and they refused to rollover my payment to a new date or refund my payment. Terrible customer service, called multiple days in a row and the person necessary to fix my problem was either in a meeting, or otherwise busy every time. Said they would call me back and didn't, eventually was told that payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The email received had a link to access the exam --> didn't work, got error 404.
The email address to report issues to also didn't work.
The email stated I needed 2 forms of ID's in order to take exam --> I only had 1 as I was on vacation, apparently you only needed one.
I can appreciate the stringency of the proctor's investigation of surroundings but I felt like I needed to move furniture etc. I went into the bathroom to take exam since it was less crowded then the den but unfortunately I lost the proctor because of signal and had to repeat the process all over again with a new one.

Took test 11 days ago been waiting 10 days on results. Just got off phone with PSI for the fourth time over the last 10 days. Illinois Leasing Agent exam is why i was sent here. Its definitely giving greed.and money is the end all. I have paid for 3 tests.only to have been able to complete 1. Due to unknown information that should have been given upon paying or schuduling. Please use your own computer [not work related] so you can download a secure browser. God forbid you have technical issues within the 30 mins they allow you to get through set up...you may as well reschedule as soon as you see issues. They wont help in a timely matter. They dont respond to emails either. If you do speak to a customer service rep...they escalate and tell you they will email you. Thats it. No other guidance or concern. Terrible

Took 3 exams for my cert with W@W with their old proctor provider, same internet same computer, zero problems! W@W switched to PSI and every exam I've tried to take has been a disaster. PSI tech support tells me it's my internet or it's my computer. There is nothing wrong with either. Two hours and several attempt later I am finally about to use their secure browser. Today after 2 hrs of trying, finally was able to get into my exam only to have it quit responding half way through the exam. The most frustrating experiences ever. Although tech reps are nice and professional, completely inept at finding a solution. They keep telling me various reasons it won't work, non of them are true. They've told me they don't find an exam scheduled for me and then I read them the confirmation email and suddenly they can find it…mind you there is no confirmation number, so it's not like I'm giving them any new information. I almost feel as it is intentional. Very suspect. Avoid PSI at all costs.

No contact dates and times are listed so I'm sitting on the phone waiting for an agent when I'm not even sure if one is available on the weekend. Also, I never received my test via email. There was no statement on how long it would take to receive the email. Paid or something that I can't communicate anyone about.

Very poor customer service. I purchased the test twice because I never received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged. Called customer service and send copy of credit card receipt and they still could not help. Because this is my only choice I am screwed. Emailed support 2 times with no response. 4 days and nothing. Worst service ever.

Customer service is terrible long hold times the representatives answering the phones are foreign, and could barely understand I scheduled a test review. The proctor never showed up. I called Psi telling them the situation. They said they're going to open in investigation with their escalation team should take 5 to 6 business days. It's going on two weeks now I've called multiple times nobody has an answer. So they told me to re-pay the fee and reschedule, and once the investigation is done, I will be refunded which is a lie. Because they have a no refund policy which I paid for a service that I never got after looking at your reviews. It's clear your company is failing in leader ship and management positions
