I paid for a test that was never sent! Since I needed to practice I bought it again. I called customer service and a ticket was supposed to be placed for someone to contact about a refund, but I have heard nothing and it has been a week!
Not sure what my experience is yet because I really don't know what its going to be like using this product to give an accurate and true comment. I wish there were better explanation between the different bundles
I cannot download the pdf, and access isn't working for me so I searched for it but couldn't figure out what to do

I got a score report of 0% even before i could start the test. The proctor had to run so he just disconnected the exam before it started. Now i am going to have to dispute it with the credit card company to get refund. I am going to tell my organization to stay away from this as not only is this unprofessional behavior but also unethical. PSI if your customer support is reading this please you team's gotta improve. Just look at all the horrendous reviews.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. If you have the option, take your exams with literally anyone else. It has been 10 days since i've taken my real estate exam and still don't know if I passed. I've called every single day for the last 10 days and get told 24 hours every day. Ridiculous.
PSI already sent the score report to the testing candidate. Thank you.
It took me all day to order 1 book. The website couldn't calculate tax and when I call customer support for scheduling a test on one speaks English. The reps are very hard to understand. Customer Service with PSI is an absolute 0!

For lack of better words, NOT happy with PSI. I'm starting to feel like its a money game. To miss the pass score by a point and a half then continue studying and after several more tries, still missing. Some of questions are worded to which two answers could be right, so if you pick one that you know is right, you can expect it will not be. I pass practice tests all day long at home in which 70 is usually my lowest score. Go take exam again, another fail! Study and practice all week for what? To fail again? I'm beyond frustrated! It makes me want to quit, except I'm not a quitter! They need to test more on what they teach on their PSI videos. They also know how to tap into your weaknesses and question you more on that rather than other questions being taught in the videos. Its a money game people!

Im noticing errors in some of the questions or the questions are not very clear with enough detail on the CSE exam.
I don't know which experience this message is refering to other than purchasing a practice CSE exam. It was a great experience purchasing the practice CSE exam.

I am a cosmetology student in Kentucky and I must say that we have no other ways to study other than this option which is absurd. Also I think it is very odd that the test cost more for English interpretation!

This company is horrible, I'm not understanding why the real estate board uses them for testing. I went to take the exam online and the proctor would not allow me to take the exam because they claim my military id isn't an acceptable form of identification, when I got my name change in the system psi informed me that I would have to retake to exam and pay a cost even though I was told I would either get a refund back or they will apply it to my retake. They sent me an email stating my military id would be accepted but the day of the test I was turned away by proctor.

If the candidate fails to bring proper identification or the candidate names do not match, the candidate will not be allowed to test and their examination fee will not be refunded.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
