Somebody at this place needs to be held accountable for the misinformation from PSI causing a no show for her scheduled exam. How is it possible to provide an address that has closed 4 years ago? How incompetent can this business be?
The course review online was convenient and very well organized and written. The information was presented in a clear and concise manner.
Called and emailed a question about identification needed for an online exam, and they answered the question over the phone and responded via email, the guy on the phone was really nice. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I don't have anything bad to say. I haven't taken my exam yet, but so far there customer service is 5 stars.

I scheduled this online with the discount available so it goes through psi instead of Pearson. I was excited since u could actually afford it. When I tried the first time I sat for an hour waiting for it to start then I called customer service and they just rescheduled it for me since my proctor never showed up. Now I am going through the same thing again. Microsoft needs to cut all ties with this unprofessional company. I am hoping they will just give my money back and u will save up for Pearson vue examination.

The whole draconian check-in process made me feel like one of these Victorian schoolchildren being terrorized by their teacher just before the exam.

The whole check-in process took 30 minutes AFTER the start of the exam, and then the exam never got loaded on my screen. The proctor did not respond to my live chat messages.
When checking my phone, I got an email from PSI telling me that I have failed the test, although from my perspective it never started to begin with.
Upon checking the time that email was sent, it was sent when I was halfway through the check-in process!
Thank you, PSI, for wasting my time.

They made me waited for 5 hours for the first time to start the exam, my system always quit automatically so i contacted the tech support NO ONE ANSWERS! I mean why you have a team for this if nobody can pick up the phone?
The second time, the proctor is ridiculous, he made me waited 1 hour to start my exam and super rude and slow. Overall, the customer service is bad, the system is awful, there's always a problem (come on you charge more than $50 for a test, do better), what's worst is there's always bug in the website. Like you cannot search your exam or schedule this without refreshing your web for like 100 times. I feel this the worst experience I had in terms of everything. Be prepare that wait one hour to start your exam...

I paid for a test that was never sent! Since I needed to practice I bought it again. I called customer service and a ticket was supposed to be placed for someone to contact about a refund, but I have heard nothing and it has been a week!

I got a score report of 0% even before i could start the test. The proctor had to run so he just disconnected the exam before it started. Now i am going to have to dispute it with the credit card company to get refund. I am going to tell my organization to stay away from this as not only is this unprofessional behavior but also unethical. PSI if your customer support is reading this please you team's gotta improve. Just look at all the horrendous reviews.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. If you have the option, take your exams with literally anyone else. It has been 10 days since i've taken my real estate exam and still don't know if I passed. I've called every single day for the last 10 days and get told 24 hours every day. Ridiculous.

It took me all day to order 1 book. The website couldn't calculate tax and when I call customer support for scheduling a test on one speaks English. The reps are very hard to understand. Customer Service with PSI is an absolute 0!

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
