I took SC Cos Exam on 12/18/23. The proctors dismissed us and told us we would receive our scores in 24-48 hours. Previously my school mates have normally received their grades in a few hours, but I listened to the instructions and waited as I was told. I called ON 12/20,12/21,12/22 they were closed on 12/25. It is 12/26/23 and I still have not received my grades. I have multiple ticket numbers that don't actually do anything. I have spoken to several phone operators I could barely understand & the ones I did understand could not explain to me what was going on consistently. I was told the system was down, I was told they haven't received the grades, I was told it is high volume time. I was told I was supposed to received them before we left printed out by the proctor but no one did.
Well done, although a it pricy and it would be good If we could continuously take the exam for 60 days
I don't have words to describe this web. I purchased the Broker Simulation Sample Examination and there were only 5 questions and ea were subdivided with other few questions and that's it.
They should ask for $25 donation and that way the buyer can't feel rip off. I also called customer service and when I asked about this test, the lady was so rude, it seemed that she really hate her job.
Unless you want to trash your money, Don't purchase these tests simulation.

Everything about this system does not work properly. I cannot manage to log into my account wherein I purchased the State Exam and the practice prep test. Therefore, sadly, I have resorted to paying once again for another practice test so I will be prepared for my State Exam tomorrow. Crunch time and your system fails.

Very poor customer service. I purchased the test twice because I never received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged. Called customer service and send copy of credit card receipt and they still could not help. Because this is my only choice I am screwed. Emailed support 2 times with no response. 4 days and nothing. Worst service ever.

Purchased the "Premium Real Estate Salesperson Practice Test" for $50 to prepare for the test which was advertised for it's "500+ questions" and "Unlimited Attempts." I went through one practice test of 100 questions, after which I was unable to access the program again. Contacted customer support only to find out that "You may take the practice exams an unlimited number of times: you will need to pay each time." Unbelievable. It's a scam. Would give 0/5 if possible..

I had to create a separate login in order to buy products from PSI. It would be a better experience if you were able to login to the testing site and stay logged in when you want to purchase products.

I paid $90 for PSI practice tests and a study pack. They were missing the two toughest categories. When I tried to call customer service to ask about it, the call went to a call center in India. The guy could not even understand what I meant by saying, "The categories of microbiology and anatomy and physiology are missing." I repeated it over and over while listening to all the other call center people talking. He finally put me through to "someone higher". Which was a call center in Africa. It was even noisier with call center people in the background and she could not understand what I was asking either. After 45 minutes of this, I finally just hung up.

So far so good, haven't had any issues with PSI. Pricing seems to be inline and not too expensive. Will know more once I receive the materials.
What I bought is for 2020, I would just like to see that it will be okay for the 2024 examination or an updated edition. Aside from that wish me luck and send coupons.
Many of the questions on the actual test were not on the study guide. This is in the National Test
Ordering was easy, called since i could not find the course that i ordered but realized that i had to check my other email addres.
Today I drove to preview the testing site. Parking was poor. I went inside and immediately could tell the AC was not working. The person at the front desk did not seem to care about letting me tour the place. I was hopeful that maybe the actual testing room would be cooler temp. Unfortunately he was only willing to point to the thermostat next to us and gave me an irrelevant form to fill out. I went to my car to call PSI directly and while waiting in the car I was approached by a man asking for money. In the alleys there were people staggering as though on some sort of drugs. Not a good experience. PSI unable to help me by phone.

The course review online was convenient and very well organized and written. The information was presented in a clear and concise manner.
Called and emailed a question about identification needed for an online exam, and they answered the question over the phone and responded via email, the guy on the phone was really nice. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I don't have anything bad to say. I haven't taken my exam yet, but so far there customer service is 5 stars.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
