First off, I want to say that I don't hate PSI or anything, I mean it wasn't that good an app, far from it, but I just want to make that clear. This review is intended to be critical and has no ill-will towards the site. If I'm being honest, PSI just didn't really work for me. I had an issue with this site twice. The first time, I just couldn't get into PSI despite it saying that my system went through and all was well. And because of that, I had to reschedule the exam I was taking. The second time, PSI logged me out of the testing site multiple times and nearly burned up my computer, (I know the burning is because of PSI because my computer alerted me that if I closed the app, the burning would stop) anyway, they logged me out of the site while I was doing the test for no apparent reason, (maybe there was a reason, but I wasn't sure what it was). And it made me so scared that I would lose my work. So after that, I had to log out and change a test date. And another thing, it always takes a really long time for the proctor to respond to my questions. Okay, maybe that wasn't PSI, but I just thought I'd bring it up. The customer service is fine in my opinion, but they weren't the best either. Some of the proctors from the site sounded really offended while I was doing the test though, and I'm not sure why. To add on to that, I always had trouble using the app despite downloading correctly and everything going smoothly in the beginning. At first I thought it was my problem, but after so many times that me and my family went over the instructions and downloaded the app over and over with no avail (despite it saying that there were no issues with my computer and that all was well), I began to think that this wasn't just a one time thing. I am taking another exam using PSI in the near future, (because that is the only app that this test I am doing allows testers to use) and I really hope that everything will go smoothly, though I really am not sure of this anymore. Overall, I wish that the test providers and organization of my test, SSAT would see this and either try to get PSI to improve, or---I mean no ill will to PSI at all---but I would recommend getting another service provider.
