I had to use this proctor for the certified flight registered nurse certification through the board certification of emergency nurses which have also been contacted about the use of this company for their exams.
1) They know they are unable to get clear pictures of an ID when verifying identity and one tech support representative messed with my computer for over 30 minutes to try to fix my camera which is brand new on the most recent microsoft surface. The second person I talked to said it happens all the time and to get a glass of water and hold the ID up through it as their solution—wild that this is their solution.
2) I could not connect with a proctor multiple times. They blamed it on my wifi multiple times before admitting they either did not have an available proctor or there are bugs in their system that disconnects the test taker from the proctor without either party knowing. My wifi passed all their tests prior to starting and none of my devices were showing any issue with connectivity.
3) The only time I was connected with an actual proctor, they told me to stop talking so loudly with IT, then told me to put my phone away, and threatened to terminate my exam even though they knew I was on the phone with tech support and my exam had not even started.
4) Once they tried starting my exam it froze and I was unable to contact the proctor so I called tech support again at which time the proctor somehow unfroze my screen and told me to get off the phone and that he would terminate my exam. I told him I was on the phone with tech support and he told me he would contact himself which did not work.
5) At this point I restarted my modem, laptop, and had been instructed to restart the PSI application multiple times with all the same issues as I described in point 2.
6) Eventually I was transferred to customer support to reschedule my exam where after leaving me on hold multiple times I was told they do not have the authority to reschedule and told me it would be 5-7 business days before I hear back.

I signed up for the real estate exam 3 weeks ago, logged on to take the test and was kicked off. I called customer service and they gave me a "ticket number" and told me they would get back with me within 3-5 business days. NO RETURN CALL
Two days ago, I call them back for a 4th time and don't give them a "ticket number" and just request to schedule my exam. Annnnd they scheduled it. Ugh
Today, I log on for my test scheduled at 2pm. It is now 6:18pm. I have been on with tech support 4x. I completed 90 minutes of my exam and the program just disappeared from my effing screen! I'm now on my 5th call. They told me my exam had been "completed" when it had not. I still had the state portion to complete. Now as I have been transferred from tech to customer service, it was disconnected. I call the customer service number provided by tech and low and behold, they don't service real estate exam clients. WTF?!
If you can test with a different company, save your energy. This is beyond ridiculous!

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
