PSI is lacking credibility, because I am very positive that I legally pass my exam. I failed the national portion of my real estate exam(according to psi), even though i was pretty confident because i studied every hard every day and passed all the practice exams. My score was 55 and needed just 1 more question right to pass, which i find suspicious. Researching other people that has failed the test, I found out that they score the same, they just needed 1 point to pass. Tha'ts definatelly a red flag! I think PSI is runnin a scam to get money. The worst part is that i have to get back to my sponsoring broker to sign the retake application, which is really embarassing. He may think i am realy stipid, when that's not really the truth. If PSI wants money why dont they just ask? I'd rather pay what they want instead of make me look like a dummy and putting my intelligence in line/doubt.
Not much to say unless I don't receive the service I paid for in the next 5-7 days
This system is easy to use and navigate. I had to reset my passwords and the process was easy.
Very bad compagny to pass your AWS certif on remote, it destroy your work. I start the verification at 08 PM I spend 3 hours to verify my identity et 1 hours with errors connection and i start the exam at midnight.

PSI customer service was horrible when I called earlier about my issue. Something is wrong with your check out process or how it functions with Visa and Mastercard as purchases do not go through.

It is good so far. Some of the questions on the test are rough because I know the answer and it is not one of the options.

It has been 4 weeks now still with no solution. The representative I had spoken with refused to put a supervisor on the phone let alone give me a phone # to someone else who can take care of my issue. He simply stated he is not allowed to give out phone #s. I've been transferred to other people within the same department and getting the absolute runaround. This organization is so disorganized and unprofessional. Who would've thought getting a result to your exam in which you paid for would be so complicated.
While taking my exam online at the testing center there were technical difficulties in which the exam was very slow. After finishing the exam, I was unable to obtain the results and was told to contact PSI the next day in regards to this issue. I was told to wait 3-5 business days for this issue to get resolved and I would then be emailed my results. As the 5th business day arrived and I have yet to receive my results, I call PSI again. I was told AGAIN that they would escalate my issue which would then take another 3-5 business days. It's been 3 weeks now and I'm still waiting for my results from my exam which is unacceptable. I seriously hope I never have to use PSI again after this terrible experience.

I have had several issues with PSI when it comes to getting my graduate program approved for bypassing the preliminary courses for the GA salesperson exam. I want to get my schooling approved before applying for the exam because I want to make sure my schooling is sufficient so I know that do not have to take the 75 hour course work. However I have been met with no help. Been told somebody will get back to me in 72 hours. Nobody calls. Literally the only thing people on the phone will do is tell me they will send me the booklet from GREC which is no help whatsoever. I have read over it dozens of times now and it does not answer my question. GREC tells me PIS is in charge of approving the schooling yet not a single person has helped me in doing so. I could ramble on about how ridiculous my experience has been but I have already given enough energy to this (seemingly) simple, simple, task that has yet to be resolved. Incredibly unprofessional based off my experience. And as for now, I will be sharing my opinion with others until I see change. By change I mean have somebody that can answer the phone and actually help them rather than say they will just send the pamphlet that has the answers (it does not)

It has been one problem after another! I paid for my RE exam but they don't have record of it on their end? Then I went through my bank to get my money refunded after not being able to get in touch with a supervisor for SEVERAL WEEKS! I pay online a week after I had already been refunded and was then locked out of my account because they refunded me the money FROM THE FIRST PAYMENT! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A VERY INCOMPETENT COMPANY! I wish there was another company I could go through to take my Real estate exam this company is horrible!

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
