It has been 4 weeks now still with no solution. The representative I had spoken with refused to put a supervisor on the phone let alone give me a phone # to someone else who can take care of my issue. He simply stated he is not allowed to give out phone #s. I've been transferred to other people within the same department and getting the absolute runaround. This organization is so disorganized and unprofessional. Who would've thought getting a result to your exam in which you paid for would be so complicated.
While taking my exam online at the testing center there were technical difficulties in which the exam was very slow. After finishing the exam, I was unable to obtain the results and was told to contact PSI the next day in regards to this issue. I was told to wait 3-5 business days for this issue to get resolved and I would then be emailed my results. As the 5th business day arrived and I have yet to receive my results, I call PSI again. I was told AGAIN that they would escalate my issue which would then take another 3-5 business days. It's been 3 weeks now and I'm still waiting for my results from my exam which is unacceptable. I seriously hope I never have to use PSI again after this terrible experience.

It has been one problem after another! I paid for my RE exam but they don't have record of it on their end? Then I went through my bank to get my money refunded after not being able to get in touch with a supervisor for SEVERAL WEEKS! I pay online a week after I had already been refunded and was then locked out of my account because they refunded me the money FROM THE FIRST PAYMENT! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A VERY INCOMPETENT COMPANY! I wish there was another company I could go through to take my Real estate exam this company is horrible!

Better definition of practice tests or what specific topics is being covered( title) in the description. Description is too vague for this important exam(s)
The tests seem to be made to fail and retake so PSI gets more money. Then you have to wait 24 hours and a whole month to retake. Their Customer service is in India and they cannot answer anything.

Would not allow me to use calculator despite the fact that it was allowed (confirmed it afterwards with the organization that sent me there as well as it being stated in, my pre-test email. Would have showed the testing center that, but was told I wasn't allowed to bring phone into center.) I was told scores were mailed out 5 weeks after exam. At week 7, I still had not received score from PSI. So the org that sent me there requested they mail them out again (still not knowing if I passed or not). 2 weeks after THAT, still no score. Finally, after I requested a full refund (it was a $650 test) they finally emailed score to me, but only after the org that sent me there requested it. Sat on hold a total of 3 hours w PSI and never spoke to a human. Took a week to respond to emails. The testing center felt like you were at the DMV. Very unprofessional. What should have been a happy experience (I passed my exam) was a miserably frustrating experience, thanks to PSI. No one should have to beg for 4 weeks to get exam results. So I ended up waiting a total of 10 weeks for results. When I requested to have the results mailed to me as well, (as originally told it was the ONLY was results could be given) it STILL took them an additional 2 weeks to do that. I almost wonder if once I complained about not being allowed to use the calculator, if someone decided to punish me for complaining.

If I could give this $#*!ing testing center a negative 10 stars I would. I swear they $#*!ing mess with my password or credentials so I'm not able to log in and this happened within the very hour I was supposed to take my salesperson exam. I tried to reset my password and that e-mail notification to reset my password took $#*!ing 40 minutes to get and when I clicked on the reset my password link, it said there was an "invalid token access" and to try again later. I was hold the entire time for a $#*!ing hour trying to reach anybody. Of course I missed my $#*!ing remote exam and ohh 40 minutes after my exam started I was able to miraculously reset my password and log in. The lady on the phone said she needs to escalate this matter and will receive some "confirmation code" in 3-5 business days so we can reschedule my exam again. Like what the $#*! does that even mean and what kind of testing center operates like this? I swear they are purposely doing something to my account. This is not the first time it happened. I hope this $#*!ing place gets shut down.
Hi. Just a negative into a positive. I was ready to take my test with my Chromebook. Read the Candidate Manual provided in the email. Checked the comparability and it passed. Never though it would be an issue, but when it comes to downloading the special secure browser PSI uses (which happens right before the test), Chromebook laptops are unable to. I feel this should be stated in the pamphlet and/or email since it is a commonly used laptop. So I called the number for tech help.
Now it gets better. Spoke to Joanne. She was very nice, patient, and understanding. Asked me to try another computer. I used my mom's old computer, but new enough to be compatible. I was advised to restart it, and this process took about an hour an 20 minutes. Joanne stayed on the phone with me the whole time. I felt so bad for her and wondering if I was ever going to take this test I had so rigorously studied for. At this point it was 1:30 and test began at 12. She assured me that the timer doesn't begin until I begin the test. That was a relief. Then, she walked me through how to get it up and loaded (after a few issues of course) and was able to take the test. Passed the national and failed the state. By the time I started the State test, my eyes were exhausted because I had been staring at a screen for 4 consecutive hours.
So, I feel PSI let me down by not properly communicating what laptops NOT to use, and feel that is why I failed the second test. However, I would like to give a big shout out and Thank You to Joanne that helped me in so many ways. Took the test yesterday, 1/20 in NC.

I had to repeat my email to these fools multiple times and I can't even get help with resetting my LSAT writing exam. *******% DO NOT USE. AVOID IF YOU CAN. Never knows what you are talking about and will put you on hold for a MILLENIUM. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS
