How does this platform still exist with such aberrant customer service? It's incredible that licensing and certifying companies allow PSI to be their service of choice for credentialing.

Deal with them as little as possible.

Bought a Large and it's incredibly small. Took a while to arrive but they're pretty quick about returning messages.
Returns: You pay the shipping for the return, they'll refund you money or if you don't think it's worth it, they'll give you 20% of the product price.
The size is incredibly and unbelievably off.
