This PSI exam facility was the best I have tested at (3rd experience with PSI). The facility was clean, updated, had adequate space, and the administrator was prepared, on time, and polite.
I am unable to schedule testing dates online. I'm not sure if the problem is with the software, my account, or communication between psi and the MREC as no one offered a solution other than calling customer service and being placed on hold for exorbitant amounts of time in order to schedule my testing date.
As all other reviewers have written, PSI is THE WORST company I have ever dealt with. NON EXISTENT customer service. You will literally wait on hold for HOURS at a time, and if you're lucky, you'll get through. Many times, the call will just disconnect and you've wasted hours of your time. This entity has a MONOPOLY on licensure testing, at least in my state. There is no other choice. I plan to file a complaint with the state real estate commission about this company and maybe if others do to we can get this entity either booted or at least fixed.
My exam was booked for 12:30, at 12:00 I launched my exam and went through the security screening, the screen then froze and I waited 40 minutes before calling PSI Customer service. Their recommendation was that I restart my computer. I did this and the same thing happened again so I had to call back. Went through all the security again etc then got an error message so called again (each time I'm being given a different ticket reference) after half an hour of being on the phone I get cut off and nobody called me back so I rang AGAIN and they couldn't offer any other solutions, by this time it was gone 2pm. Then after another half an hour of being on the phone I get cut off again. Tried one more time to get on but at this time I was in tears and so frustrated… safe to say it wouldn't work and just kept crashing so I've now missed my exam that I'd built myself up for 3 months to take
Not very good for my state, not very informative, doesn't offer any practice test for business and law, very expensive!

I thought I was getting a better study guide than what I got. That would cover far more material than it did. Don't waste your money. Use Kahoots- Quizlet- or school notes/book over this.

Well, if you think the exam is what you will be stressed out about, think again! First of all you will be dealing with NO ONE from the U.S. Obvi, taking any form of test is super stressful, and no added stress should be added. I was supposed to take an exam at 8:30 a. M (eastern time) and was not able to login, I signed up, down loaded what was asked of me, and was early. My login info was not found, I tried to call tech support which sent me to an automated recording stating that they were not open until ( 9 a. M eastern time)... what?
Anyways, finally got through, spoke to several (Nice, very nice) people from around the world, none of which could transfer me to someone local (anywhere in the U. S), even when i asked several times to speak to their highest manager. Instead of connecting me immediately they kept asking me why I wanted to speak with someone else... again... WHAT?
I had to reschedule my exam and have now been on hold for over an hour, with still no explanation of why or what happened.

I have taken two exams through PSI. The first one I had no problems with. Tomorrow will be four weeks since I took my last exam in order to get my Dental Assistant license. I have worked extremely hard on passing all five board exams and a year of extreme schooling, to just for my last exam status never updated from scheduled. I pride myself on begin patient and understanding but after three weeks of calling, waiting, crying and talking to two mangers; the status changed from scheduled to absent. I have my testing results paper and luckily I took the exam at a testing center. I have called 14 times in three weeks trying to fix it. I have dealt with nice and absolutely rude people. I have been told that they will call me back or email me with an update but never got one. The status of my exam is the last thing I need for my license. It is truly heart breaking for all your hard work to be pointless because other people made mistakes and there is nothing you can do to fix it. I highly recommend trying your best to stay away from PSI.

My, my, where to begin? I suppose I should start with the over dozen calls made over the course of 3 months checking the status of my application, signing up for the exam, and difficulties with signing into online accounts. Expect long wait times my friends... Very long. Any questions? Expect no real answers but rather, conflicting useless fluff and a journey to a variety of different departments that will either lead you to no where or, you guessed it... On hold! Even as I write this scathing review, I am on hold, awaiting the impending doom of a missed examination date because of a system's error on PSI's part which they have refused to even acknowledge and has ultimately resulted in my current predicament. I expect to be charged in full and be forced to yet again call tomorrow morning to reschedule. I wish I was making this up, but it's real folks. If there is anything you can do to stay away from this "organization" I wouldn't think twice. The fact that I have to give this place even one star is an insult. On Jan, 7,2021, I arrived one hour early for Georgia Real Estate licensing exam which had been scheduled over 1 month in advance, confirmed in writing and reconfirmed a few days prior to exam date. Upon arrival the testing center was locked, lights off and unattended. After waiting 2 hours in a cold, wet and filthy PSI parking lot I finally reached one of their representatives who told me I would have to reschedule my exam. No apology, no excuse, no sympathy, no explanation. Myself and the 4 other license applicants who stood out in the cold, wet, filthy PSI parking lot had our lives substantially, adversely affected through their sheer incompetence, ineptness and incapability. No effort was made to contact 5 people, whose contact information they clearly had on file. Do whatever you possibly can to avoid dealing with this incompetent organization. I have written to the Governor of my state and the state licensing board and to the President of PSI to inform them of this scam of a business and how poorly they are representing state governments. Shame on whoever contracts to do business with this company.

Impossible to log in and figure this out. I needed to email and speak to representatives multiple times. Even trying to access my Learning Builder has been a nightmare. Nothing connects as should.

All I needed was to reset my password from when I signed up for my NJ Real Estate License to take a test for NJ Life and Health Insurance.
The customer service rep was very uninformed and what should of been a easy 2 minute talk turned into her saying okay thanks bye after 7 minutes of blabbering and hanging up and me wandering if she even sent me the reset email or did anything to benefit me.
