I wrote AWS Cloud Practitioner this weekend and only during the check-in process, I was notified that my laptop (latest Windows Version) is not compatible to write the test. This process can definitely be approved.
I would however like to compliment a individual who helped me through this, ensuring I am able to write my exam on a Macbook and continuously trying to troubleshoot and help me through *******@kvillafuerte aka Kimberly- kudos to you!
The website, which always has issues, has all computer coding displayed in all of the cells so I have no idea what's what, and clicking on another link goes to blank pages. I called the "old" 800# to call to schedule an exam in NJ for Insurance and says I had to go online for a specific, new 855 #. I did, I called. The voicemail says pick 1 for Real Estate, 2 for Insurance. Didn't matter what I picked, the voicemail said THAT CHOICE IS INVALID for both options. I had to call the original 800# and randomly pick any test to get to a live human being. Beyond frustrating.

Please save your money and NEVER use this service if possible. The website is utterly awful. When searching for an Indiana real estate exam (broker) NOTHING appears more than 80% of the time. You have to do a scavenger hunt throughout the internet to find a link that will take you to the booking if you can EVEN manage to do that. If the exam does appear their LACK of quality editing and care for consumers shows immensely because underneath the exam name (Indiana Licensure Exam) it has the category Baber and Cosemetology.
Additionally, I scheduled an exam and the website said that my test had been booked. I showed up at the testing site and guess what... there was no exam waiting there for me to take. The test proctor added that this happened to multiple other people on the same day who received confirmation codes.
THIS SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS!

Tried to cancel 24 hours ahead they had THE NERVE OF WANTING ALL THE SURGERY REPORTS. WHO THE HELL DO THEY THINK THEY ARE. Worst customer service in the world. In addition I am positive the proctor failed me first time -1 just for being a $#*!>

PSI is the worst online testing company that I have ever had to deal with. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous, and their online test proctors are very disrespectful, unresponsive, and an absolute nightmare to deal with as well.
I was taking a exam for a life insurance certificate, and was 75% done with my test when I had to take an EMERGENCY bathroom break. I ASKED the proctor if I could please leave and use the restroom, to NO RESPONSE. So I left and used the restroom like a normal human being would have done, only to discover upon my return that restroom breaks are not allowed and my test had been TERMINATED. What a pain in the $#*! PSI has been trying to reschedule, (with no refund either). They should probably mention BEFORE YOU START THE TEST that bathroom breaks are not allowed!
Hope this review changes your mind about ever thinking to schedule an exam with PSI. JUST DONT

I have tried to login to set a test date and received a response that information is not valid. I then clicked Forgot Password to try to set a new one and login. I never received an email with code to reset. I then tried to set up a new account, but received the response that there already was an account with that email address. PSI is lacking credibility, because I am very positive that I legally pass my exam. I failed the national portion of my real estate exam(according to psi), even though i was pretty confident because i studied every hard every day and passed all the practice exams. My score was 55 and needed just 1 more question right to pass, which i find suspicious. Researching other people that has failed the test, I found out that they score the same, they just needed 1 point to pass. Tha'ts definatelly a red flag! I think PSI is runnin a scam to get money. The worst part is that i have to get back to my sponsoring broker to sign the retake application, which is really embarassing. He may think i am realy stipid, when that's not really the truth. If PSI wants money why dont they just ask? I'd rather pay what they want instead of make me look like a dummy and putting my intelligence in line/doubt.
Not much to say unless I don't receive the service I paid for in the next 5-7 days

This system is easy to use and navigate. I had to reset my passwords and the process was easy.
Very bad compagny to pass your AWS certif on remote, it destroy your work. I start the verification at 08 PM I spend 3 hours to verify my identity et 1 hours with errors connection and i start the exam at midnight.

It bogged down my computer and messed with my perfect internet connection. I recommend pearson view over this crap, I hope I don't have to retake the 2 hour test...
PSI customer service was horrible when I called earlier about my issue. Something is wrong with your check out process or how it functions with Visa and Mastercard as purchases do not go through.

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
