Website is easy to follow and maneuver to find needed items to recertify. Only issue was during original checking out from purchases in cart, entire site shutdown. Otherwise, it was a good experience using the system to obtain needed tests

I have had multiple calls to your call center. They are NOT useful. It would be great if they can have knowledge on the materials to assist with recommendations. They know nothing about it. Your real estate section has too many options and the different options don't seem to make a difference. Maybe 2 or 3 options the most. It feels designed to confused and it did do just that to me. It would be helpful if your call center were US based as I struggle to understand their English. They are very kind and nice, however, this is a horrible, horrible system. I truly struggle tounderstand them

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
